Overall, the society is good. The metro is nearby, just a short distance from the society. There are no issues with water logging. We have amenities like a gym, swimming pool, play area, and parking within the society. The people in the society are also very cooperative.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is exceptionally poor, and certain areas of the society are plagued by problems with termites and seepage.

Transportation connectivity was good with easy availability of cabs and buses. Maintenance and construction quality was good. There was no seepage issues. Amenities like clubhouse, swimming pool and gym were available. Grocery and general store was available. The outside area was also surrounded by the market. Schools and hospitals were 1 km away. Residents were friendly and celebrated all the festivals together. Would like to rate the overall experience in the society as 4.
Things need improvement
After analysing all the factors related to the society maintainence, no such dislike could be found

The society is very well-maintained because there's always a cleaner ready to clean the buildings instantly, 24/7. There are also CCTV cameras and lifts installed in the society; and it's easy to find autos outside the society.
Things need improvement
Although there is no such issue the society; but sometimes during rainy season parks had water logging problem but the issue is resolved within half n hour by the maintenance sector.

During my stay, all amenities such as the gym, clubhouse, and tennis courts were available. The goodaspect was the sense of security; one could go for walks at any hour, and there was abundant greenery in the surroundings
Things need improvement
If we get anythin done by the maintenance like things related to plumbing or electricity ,they charge us even after paying the maintenance charges, seepage issues are also there in the flats. Another problem is that visitors coming from outside park their vehicle in the reserved parking space of the residents

The society isn't close to the metro, but the roads are good, and the metro is about 8 km away. Other public transport options are reliable.Security is commendable, and all lifts are operational. Amenities are well taken care of, and residents engage in their own activities, but come together for festivals.Most residents are owners rather than tenants. Nearby markets, malls, and entertainment options like PVR are convenient.
Things need improvement
Maintenance is lacking, with issues like cracked plaster and excessive seepage. the builder's casual attitude towards maintenance issues needs improvement, as quick resolutions are lacking.

Transportation connectivity is satisfactory, public transport like autos, rikshaws and cabs are easily available. Markets are also available. Amenities like gym, play ground, swimming pool and clubhouse are available.
Things need improvement
Maintenance quality is very poor, as elevators, building, outer area and parks are not well maintained. Security system is also not well maintained. Construction quality is really poor with seepage issues. Amenities are also not maintained properly.

All amenities are available like gyml, pool, clubhouse. connectivity of the society is fine kabhi koi dikkat nahi ai connectivity ko lekar. the road quality inside and around the society is actually good smooth roads hai har jagah aas paas.

Maintenance society ki us hisaab se nahi hai jis hisaab se ye charge karte hai.

The society has top notch maintainence and cleanliness service. CCTV Cameras, lifts ar there. People are friendly and cooperative. Swimming pools, gyms are there.

Metro is not available near the society and residents have to travel for reaching metro station.Other facilities are good.

Metro is not available near the society. The construction quality is average, seepage and leakage issues are faced in the buildings. Mainly I go for work and I've been staying in the society for more than 10 years now, generally I don't have much of a interactions with the people of this society.

Things need improvement
Public transport is not easily available as the society is in the outskirts.Also water gets filled in basement during the rainy season.The quality of materials used in building is also poor as there are cracks in the walls and plaster is coming out

There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available just outside the society. The society has not got any water supply issues. There was no water shortage as such in the society. The society is properly maintained and it is also kept clean. The Facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are functional in the society. CCTV cameras are installed in the entry gate of the society. Lifts are also available.
Things need improvement
The constructuion quality is not very good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. The society comprises of people who are not very friendly and cooperative. There's no interactions with people. Park that is available that should be big enough for kids to play, the eqipements in the park are very old.

The lack of a nearby metro station and traffic issues pose challenges for residents seeking efficient transportation. Maintenance within the community is notably poor, evident in the lack of renovation and broken swings in the parks. Furthermore, inadequate infrastructure for the clubhouse and pool also needs attention

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. Water supply issues are also not faced in the society. No major electricity issues are not faced. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society. CCTV is installed in the society. The location of the society is one of the best one.
Things need improvement
The main road is 1.5 kmn away from the society, but this kms are like a nightmare. NH highway is near the society. The roads outside the society are very narrow. Major traffic issues are faced outside the society. It generally takes more than half an hour to just pass this 1.5 kms road. The society is not always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. The maintainance of the society is not done properly according to the high maintainance charges they are taking from each residents. Maintainance of common areas are not done. Garbege collections in the basement areas are done on time for which mouse and unwanted insects enters the society and it is a bog issue for us. The constructuion quality is not good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. The quality of the materials are used for construction are not good. Lifts are available but it is very old and it is not maintained properly. Paintings are not done on time in the common areas.

There were no problems with water or electricity, and no one behaved inappropriately or engaged in any fights or arguments. All amenities were available, and everything was functioning properly. The management committee of the society was performing their duties quite well, and we never encountered any issues during our time there. The people were friendly and helpful, and our overall experience was very good.
Things need improvement
The major issue with the society was the construction quality. The construction materials used were of poor quality, resulting in these issues. Additionally, if whitewash wasn't done, it would lead to the formation of mold on the walls, which needed to be addressed.

The security of the society is good, with numerous cameras installed everywhere, working 24/7.Auto and cabs are easily available outside the society, and the roads around the society are well-built, which ensures smooth connectivity. Schools and hospitals are nearby, making the connectivity excellent. Maintenance services are provided on time and are of good quality. Cleanliness is well-maintained and water supply is adequate.
Things need improvement
The society's garden is slightly small, and besides that, if one wants to go to a public garden, there are none nearby. Additionally, there is a metro station right in front of the society, leading to considerable traffic congestion, and there is no swimming pool in the society.

The construction is of good quality, with well-ventilated and spacious flats. Since the society is relatively small, maintenance is done promptly without any issues. Amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and garden are available, and the residents are friendly.
Things need improvement
There were minor construction flaws leading to water leakage issues, but they have been rectified. Despite having all amenities, the absence of a swimming pool is due to the small size of the society.
