This location near the Borivali end, close to the national park northeast end, offers a serene vibe with abundant nature. Surrounded by mountains and greenery, it boasts a proper waterfall beside the colony. Ample parks and big grounds provide ample recreational space. Most buildings have huge parking lots, and free parking space is available due to its proximity to the hills.
Despite its few negatives, which are worth considering, such as the distance from the main road (at least a kilometer) and the average road conditions until Haware Citi, living near the hills does bring occasional concerns like leopard sightings (three times in two years) and encounters with snakes, which can lead to permanent anxiety. However, these concerns aside, connectivity remains the main issue, and overall, there are hardly any significant negatives to note.

Haware citii is the place in Thane West where we can find a very big and a huge area under their are total 8 buildings with Towers and Non-Tower nIt is very hygien and a good society having greenery around.This society has a 24/7 water facility (Tmc and Borwell) both. It also has generator with the lift and passage area which means a good quality of the maintenance to show.nHaware citi is connected to the Highway and also with the metro it also has very near connected govt hospital and big MNC company like G crop.,
Haware Citii does have its drawbacks, particularly with the roads directly connected to the society lacking adequate lighting. This can pose safety concerns, especially during the night. Additionally, residents need to take precautions for animals that may wander in from nearby forested areas.

I absolutely adore living in this society because it offers such spacious surroundings. Having a school nearby and excellent transportation facilities makes life here incredibly convenient. The clubhouse is quite nice, with a fantastic event hall for gatherings. I'm impressed by the quality of construction and design, and the playground is an added bonus. Spending time with friends here is always a joy. Security is solid, and the nearby shops are convenient for snacks. The people are friendly and welcoming, which adds to the community feel. While the water supply and facilities are adequate, power outages are rare, which is a huge plus. The large playground and parking area are also great amenities. Overall, I'm thrilled to call this society home, especially with so many friends nearby. The quality buildings and spacious rooms make it a fantastic place to live, with good security and transportation options, as well as a nearby school.
I had some difficulties with this society's location as my cab driver had trouble finding the right road, even with GPS. Additionally, the society itself isn't well-maintained, with maintenance issues apparent such as patches and cracks on the buildings. Cleanliness is also lacking, and there were sports facilities in disrepair, like a broken table tennis net. I also had concerns about the security, as I couldn't find any security guards during my visits. The design of the society is not particularly impressive, and I couldn't spot many CCTV cameras either. While there are some shops, including snack shops, I feel that more options should be available for a society of this size. Overall, the society is decent, but there's definitely room for improvement in several areas.

We've been here for 5 years, and the area feels like a hill station with lush greenery, fog in winter, and clouds during the rainy season. There's zero pollution and excellent air quality. The community is diverse and cosmopolitan. Although it's a bit far from the station (about 10 km), the feeling of relaxation upon reaching home is unmatched. It's also conveniently located around 12-15 km from Borivli, Mira Road, and Bhayander. Everything we need is readily available nearby, including Dmart, Hypercity Mall, More Store, Shoppers Stop, and many other stores. The ongoing development of new projects, especially after the metro, has increased demand in the area.

Living here for 5 years, surrounded by greenery resembling a hill station. Excellent air quality with zero pollution, and a cosmopolitan community. Although 10 km from the station, reaching home feels relaxing. Conveniently located near Borivli, Mira Road, and Bhayander, with all necessities nearby. New projects are booming post-metro, and numerous shopping options are available nearby.

Additionally, gas pipelines are being installed and will be operational within the next 5-10 days, adding further convenience to residents.
