He left the mentioned society in 2020. He said connectivity acha tha public transport mil jata hai, markets paas me hain. Swiggy zomato Delivery hojati hai. No waterlogging issues when he used to live. Maintenance mein koi as such issues nahi the. Basement parking was available. Amenities like swimming pool, gym , parks sab tha society mein. People were also friendly & supportive there. Events hote the society mein
Things need improvement
Jab main rehta tha toh waha flyover ban raha tha society ke paas, thats why bohot traffic rehta tha waha. Lifts aur some areas mein construction quality thoda kharab dikhta tha.

The connectivity of the society is quite good as it is located on the highway pulic transport is easily avaliable, the society is well maintained and is kept clean by the management there are all the necessary amenities are avaliable in the society

The construction quality of the building is not that good as there is seepage o some places

There was a doctor in a society in case of any emergency you can visit him and community programs happened time to time

The rent amount was decent and location of the society was outstanding too .

Society did not use app for entry and exit so that arises some times of problem sometimes .

All the facilities are there like swimming pool,clubhouse, gym,parking area, playground. Maintenance is very good.
Things need improvement
Malls, markets are little far from the society. Unit size is very small for a family. washroom is quite small, and seepage issue is there.

Plumber,electrician are easily avialable. connectivity also easy to catch . all amenitis are there.
Things need improvement
For catching metro have to go 4km away and for railway have to go 10km approx.

For catch metro and railway you have to go 30 min way from society. everything about the society is good, so overall I don't think there is anything need to improve

The society is already under construction for two years, so many things have been spoiled, the basement needs renovation.

He is a former resident and shifted from there couple of years back.Common parks were available for residents to enjoy.Friendly neighbors, fostering a sense of community and belonging.Presence of a store within the society, offering convenience for residents' daily needs.

Lack of a swimming pool, limiting recreational amenities for residents.

The society has connectivity in terms of e- rickshaws. Maintainence and Cleanliness is properly done. CCTV cameras, lift and others are available and works really good. No water logging issues. People are friendly and cooperative. Markets, schools, hospitals are available nearby. Overall environment of the society is good.
Things need improvement
The society does not have a nearby metro station. Residents have to travel long distance to reach the metro station. Overall facilities of the society is good expect the connectivity issue.

An occupied and maintained society. Enough green area for young and old. A club with plenty of parking and stores inside the society is well-maintained. With two lifts and two flats on each floor, going up and down is simple.

Excellent society in the centre of Gurgaon. nearby NH8 and other important Gurgaon neighbourhoods. There has been a significant improvement in everything when maintenance was turned over to RWA. Although there has been improvement since maintenance was turned up to RWA, there is still much to be done. RWA is addressing it.

I formerly resided at JMD Garden, where the quality is excellent, the flats are well-built, and the neighbourhood is very secure. In JMD Garden, everything is in order.
