There is no public transportation available in the vicinity of this society, posing a challenge for residents who rely on public transit. The absence of accessible transportation options may impact daily commuting.

People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are well-maintained. There is no sound pollution in the society. The community is very good within the society. The construction quality is excellent as it is a new building, ensuring good maintenance. Water facilities are good, and there is a reliable power backup in the society.
Things need improvement
Facilities like markets and supermarkets are available outside the society, quite far, approximately 2 kilometers away. The railway station is also distant from the society, about 5 kilometers away. Maintenance charges are expensive, around 5000 rupees.

The villas are numbered and well-planned with a good security system as well. The calm and peaceful environment is something to consider. The rental price is quite affordable for middle-income families. I am satisfied.

SRR Heights is a very nice place to live in and the villas in the society are very spacious. The society is clean, well-maintained with a dedicated green area with several trees and gardens.

The villa community in SRR Heights is one of the best in Bowrampet. It is well-maintained with an eco-friendly environment for my family. There are several facilities such as a parks, gyms, etc.

The villas in SRR Heights are very luxurious and it is located near reputed schools such as Delhi Public School, Creek Planet School, etc. The internal roads are wide with ample space for parking.
