The water facility in the society is excellent. Residents are friendly and well-educated, fostering a positive community atmosphere. Maintenance charges are reasonable at 2000 rupees and are based on different criteria rather than square footage. Cabs are readily available within the society. The parking area is spacious, and there is ample greenery throughout the society, contributing to a pleasant environment. Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are well-maintained and provide added value to the residents.
Things need improvement
Pollution is a concern due to the proximity of the main road in front of the society. Additionally, the lack of convenient access to public transportation near the society is inconvenient for residents. Improvement in cleaning services within the society is necessary to maintain a clean and hygienic living environment.

Still, shopping malls, movie theatres, and shopping complexes are close by. A large number of schools, colleges, and institutes are within walking distance. Thanks to the CCTV cameras and attentive security guards, you always feel safer escpeciall for the kids and senior people.

The building quality of homes is exceptionally good and the lush greenery makes the overall environment peaceful and calm. Safety and security is never compromised but connectivity to the local markets, malls and schools is not so good as these are quite far and other amenities are also not nearby.
