It is a nice Propery but overpriced because of lack of connectivity and construction quality.

I was looking for a good living in Bengaluru, and i love Prestige Royale Gardens. The quality and construction equipment of the project is very good. The cellular tower network is good for working at home and safe and safe environment. Some water logging occurs during the rainy season but it is temporary. I enjoy Gym And Yoga, car parking, Mini Theatre, Security, jogging track, Swimming Pool, lift available Social Entertainment, water harvesting, ATM, Indoor And Outdoor Games, swimming pool, Pharmacy & Doctor’s Clinic, children’s play area, Supermarket, clubhouse, Multipurpose Hall, security system Jogging And Cycling Track, power backup, and Creche.

What should I say I mean, I am so impressed by this project. They promise a good quality of construction, good fitting, 24-7 security, power reserves, even things like ATMs, swimming pools, landscaped parks, and gyms and they have given it. The location is safe along with pharmacies, cafes, and reliance mart which is for a lifeline. The building is beautifully designed with Elegant lobby flooring on the ground floor, Basement and upper floor lobby flooring in vitrified tiles and lift cladding in marble/granite as per the architect’s design. During rainfall, water accumulates here but it's not every day. I like cycling and jogging and children are happy to play with so much open space.

Prestige Royale Gardens has become a life-changing experience for me. So much open space is there and I have enjoyed using all the facilities for the first time such as swimming pools, gymnasiums, landscape parks, cycling areas, and jogging and what not. All facilities such as security and power reserves are there and the overall locality is also safe. Only a few water logging issues during the rainy season, otherwise it is a good area with all grocery stores, showrooms, gas stations, and the nearest pharmacy. Those who work from home will not face noise because of peaceful and good cellular networks. The mall is also close enough.

Prestige Royale Gardens is one of the best projects I have ever seen in the Bengaluru Area. WFH has fun with zero construction noise, with a good cellular tower. The only thing is water logging during the rainy season. Maintenance facilities are good so is the quality of construction here which is a great relief. Love facilities which include Gym And Yoga, car parking, Mini Theatre, Security, jogging track, swimming pool, Pharmacy & Doctor’s Clinic, children’s play area, Supermarket, clubhouse, and more. This is a safe environment with all pharmacies, grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, reliance mart, showrooms, banks, and more. I like it here.

Open space and cycling tracks and jogging will be fun to use and also if you go nearby then the area is safe and secure. You will find a pharmacy, grocery outlets, petrol pumps, banks, and health centers nearby.
