The residence is located in Greater Noida. It has well connectivity via NH-24, FNG, Taj and Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. And has improved connection with Noida through New Hindon Bridge. But sometimes we face traffic issues due to Ghaziabad railway station. Many popular hospitals such as Arogaya and Tripathi Hospital and schools Deshraj Public School, DS International, and RL International School are at a stone's throw distance from my place. That is quite advantageous for us. It is just 8km away from Gaur City Mall and other essential markets as well. My father works at Techzone-4 which is so close to my flat.

We have selected a 4bhk flat for living. I have visited the site and I liked the construction they did till date. The designs of the building are so unique as well. Rooms are beautifully coloured and floors are set with lovely patterns of tiles. I can say they never compromise with the designs of every apartment as well. Apart from that, the water supply and sewage and drainage system is okay however there are some pitholes due to the construction which might create a problem when we move in. But this place has a good internet connection. I hope when the work is done they will take care of these problems

It can be said that ATS Destinaire is one of the trusted housing projects I have ever known. ATS Green never disappoints us to serve a fortunate art of living with luxurious amenities. Everyone who adores luxurious livings at a very responsive price and this project would be the perfect choice for them. The parking slot is huge and has a sanitisation panel at the entrance. They are constructing all the amenities that they have mentioned in the brochure and I found out about the other facilities that they will be providing after its all done. I just cannot wait to move in.

The place also has some crucial external amenities across the campus. The total project is spread over 8.25 acres of land and it has 66% of open space. The overall campus is so fresh and calm and has lots of trees everywhere. I liked Some basic features such as badminton and basketball courts, swimming pool, kids pool, kids playground, clubhouse and a community hall for meeting and cultural program purposes. Overall the is good construction going on is good, highly recommend but authority should rectify some problems such as the whole campus need street lights in the campus for the night and we face waterlogging issues during monsoon.

ATS Destinaire is one of the best suggestions for the someone who are looking for a luxurious life at very affordable prices. The developers of ATS Green have provided with mixture of conventional and contemporary art and design in the infrastructure of skyscrapers and the whole campus with lots of major amenities. The compartments of flats have sufficient spaces and aired. They provide us with the fastest elevator services and have fire extinguisher in each of the lifts. The best thing I liked is the locality is so secure and the security level is best for the households here. I am waiting for the construction to be over soon.
