Society is very well maintained like all the modern amenities are there and everything is fully functional in the society.Allocated parking space for owners and visitors.Construction is great like no leakage and seepage issues in the society.Auto cabs are easily availale near by the society.High security system,women safety has been priorities in the society.ALL the areas are under cctv survilance.special sitting area for senior citizen in the society.
Things need improvement
Bachelor's are no allowed in the society.power back up connection has been given to common areas only.

Units of the apartment is quite spacious and isolated which enhances the privacy of the residents.Connectivity is really good like,auto cabs are available near by the society.All the modern amenities are there in the society and fully functional for the residents.High security system and neat ,clean hygenic atmosphere in the society.
Things need improvement
Parking area has been provided in basement of the building so during rainy season huge water logging issues in the society specially inside the basement so that was very much inconvenient to park the vehicle or get them out from the basement.

Everythiing was available near by the society like grocery shops ,local transport facilities ,schools and hospitals.Quality of the construction is too good as the rooms are well designed and proper ventilation has been provided.All the modern amenities are available like swimming pool ,club house,gym,kids play area and podium etc in the society.maintenance facilities are really good and resonable as society has prompt issue resolution process.Security system is good and they are using my gate facilities.Socialism is good in the society and all the festivals are celebrated in teh society.
Things need improvement
Power back up is available for lift,parking area and common areas only but not allocated for units.Biomatrix facilities are not available in the society.There is no temple in the society so that should be constructed for religious people.This society belongs to family residence only and bachlores are not allowed in teh society.

Connectivity was really good as there were malls and restraunt near by the society even schools and hospitals were there within 500 meter.All the modern amenities were there in the society like swiming pool,club house,gym ,kids play area etc.Allocated space for parking available for owners and visitors.Society was quite safe to live as there were 24/7 security system in the society.Cnstruction quality was far better then todays construction's quality and there is team to resolve issues if accures in the society.There no issues regarding water supply in the society.
Things need improvement
Power back was available for common areas only.Tenants were charges extra to use amenities in the society,Railway station is away from the society.metro was not there at thet period of time.

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Hospital, malls is available near the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are available in the society. No such major electricity issues is faced. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. The society is safe for kids and women. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Parking is available for all appartments, it is spacious. Visitor's parking is available. Balcony is available in all appartments. The loction of the society is very good. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time everyday.
Things need improvement
Power backup is available only for common areas in the society. Water supply issues are faced. corporation water is not available. Security apps wass not available when I used to stay.. Highwway is a bit far from the society. Drainage system was not good when I used to stay, during rainy season the inside premises and outside area of the society gets flooded with water logging issues.

Security apps are available. Other facilities like gym, Swimming pool, parks,club house, play area for kids are available in the society.

The connectivity of the society is not good, public transports like auto, cabs are not available outside the society. Water supply issues are faced, drinking water is not available every time. During summers this issues are faced a lot. Other facilities like gym, Swimming pool, parks,club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. It is not a bachelor friendly society. Bachelors were not involved into events.

Drinking water is avilable for 24*7 in the society. No such electricity issues are faced in the society. Power backup is avilable in the society. Drainage system is good in the society, water logging issues are not faced. Pest control was done on time. Paintings and water proofings are done on time. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are available in the society. Lift is available and maintained properly in the society. Open spaces are available in the society. CCTV is avilable. Security system is good in the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Balcony is available. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.

Visitor's and tenent's parking is not available in the society. Swimmingpool is available but not maintained properly. Security guards are available but they don't work properly. Outsiders are allowed in the common areas. Main gate remains open.

Gym, play area, swimming pool all modern amenities were present and well maintained. people were decent and cooperative. traffic jam was not an issue. ample amount of water supply was available. security was efficient. auto, bus was accessible from the society. market, restaurants and shopping malls were near to the society.
Things need improvement
Visitors parking was not sufficient. in monsoon season water logging was the main issue on the main roads. power cut was main issue, power back up was not present

Autos and buses are readily available near the society. We have our own car, so parking is not an issue; there's ample space for parking in the society, including designated parking for visitors. All modern amenities are available within the society. We have 24*7 water supply, and the society is kept very clean. The residents are very friendly and cooperative. Fire exits are available in all buildings, and pets are allowed in the society. The flats are well-ventilated, and the buildings are earthquake-proof.
Things need improvement
During the monsoon season, there is a slight issue of leakage and seepage in the flats. The power backup is available only for common areas, not for individual flats.

Moreover, the society's commitment to cleanliness and hygiene is commendable. Garbage collection is prompt, and the use of multicolored bins for waste disposal promotes eco-friendliness. The common areas are always clean, and the overall hygienic standards are well-maintained. Cultural events and festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm, fostering a sense of community among residents. The friendly demeanor of people adds to the pleasant atmosphere. Security is also a priority, with vigilant security guards and functional CCTV cameras ensuring the safety of residents at all times. Maintenance of lifts adds to the convenience of vertical mobility within the society.
Things need improvement
The approach road quality leaves much to be desired, leading to frequent traffic issues and congestion. This poor infrastructure not only causes inconvenience to residents but also poses safety risks for commuters and pedestrians alike.
