Good things here
Wifi connectivity is good. If you like doing some cardio, or just like to focus on weights, this society has a well equipped gym that you should check out. You won't have to only look for houses on the ground floor, there are elevator that you can use to get you to any floor. If you love playing badminton, don't miss out on the well maintained badminton court here. Working from home is convenient as this society has reliable generator back up. The intercom facility here helps you communicate easily with the gate when you have deliveries and visitors. There are a very few societies that come with a skating rink so here you can lace up and have some fun. Security is a priority in this society, the premises is secured with cctv at all critical points. From fire safety to general safety, this society has thought of it all. If you or the kids love playing tennis, this society is right for you as it has a tennis court here. Proper ventilation and sunlight.
Things need improvement
While it's great to highlight the positives, every societal setup inevitably faces challenges or areas for improvement. One aspect to consider could be the potential invasion of privacy with widespread CCTV surveillance, even in private spaces like lifts. Despite the benefits for security, some may feel uncomfortable with the constant monitoring. Additionally, while having cooperative neighbors is fantastic, there might be instances where disagreements or conflicts arise.

Good things here
The security measures are just class apart with no blind spot CCTV cameras. The pool is well maintained and the clubhouse has all luxury amenities and furniture. The lifts are super fast and the great finissh marble in the common area is something very rare. The gym has all moderbn equipments. There is a playground for kids inside the society. The Tennis court is full size with floodlights and proper grounding. The lobby is noting short of hotels like marriat. The wooden deck near Swimming pool makes it safe and gives a brilliant look (just like movies). The Greenary is properly maintained. View from the upper floors is nothing short of amazing.
Things need improvement
The roads in the nearby areas are cluttered. Choose expressway for commute otherwise you will get stuck in the traffic. The maintainance charges are on the higher side

Good things here
Luxury is the second name of Windsor Grande. It os located strategically in posh locaity of Andheri west. Well connected with Goregaon West express way. It's redeveloped replacing old society to ensure high end apartments. Malls, schools, schools you name it and you can find them nearby. Some of the film celebrities also resides in this apartment
Things need improvement
Nothing to dislike. Premium societies like this cover all angles

Good things here
The society is almost spread across more than 7 acres. The houses are very spacious. Construction quality is one of the best in the locality. The open swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, theatre, green areas and ample three level parking space are good. The security is modern and very effective. Peaceful enviornment is maitained at all costs. The society faces sea. Premium build

The maintenance charges are a high but justified as things are well in order.

Additionally, there's ample parking space available. Moreover, the construction quality is commendable, promising a durable and well-built environment.

I have bought a 2 BHK apartment in Kendale Emeralds and it is easily connected to the basic conveniences and other parts of the city. Many reputed educational institutions, hospitals, banks, shopping malls are nearby.

Every room has well spacious and plumbing spacious are great too. I have taken a good decision by investing in this project. You will too love having your dream home here. But i didn’t like the location of Kendale Emeralds and the apartment is very expensive.

I have bought a 1 BHK apartment in Kendale Emeralds and not only the apartment is well ventilated also these are beautifully designed and furnished. They are also providing sufficient amenities to make residents life comfortable.

The first thing I have to say is that the project feels safe. There are good security services provided, the whole locality feels quite safe. The atmosphere is friendly and I like flower gardens, courts, and open spaces. Jogging and running in the morning feels so good and I just enjoy my time alone. Working from home is a pleasure with a good cellular tower and calm environment. All facilities are good with the Living/Dining Flooring Tiles, Bedrooms Flooring Tiles, Wall Ceiling Finish Oil Bound Distemper/Colour Wash, Toilets Wall Finish Tiles up to 5' Oil Bound Distemper / Colour Wash, Toilets Flooring Tiles, Kitchen Flooring Tiles, and Platform Marble.
