We moved out of that society a few years ago. At the time, the community boasted excellent amenities including a pool, a gym, basketball facilities, a children's park, a walking path, and lush greenery in the surroundings. Additionally, there was a well-equipped party hall for gatherings. The connectivity was superb with all transportation facilities readily available. Maintenance services ensured consistent water supply and backup facilities for electricity. Despite the age of the buildings, there were no issues such as leakage owing to the excellent construction quality.
Things need improvement
A few years ago, we moved out of this society. At the time, the only thing I didn't like about it was that the buildings were old and hadn't been painted in a long time.

All the facilities in the neighborhood are well-kept, and there haven't been any complaints from the residents. Plus, there are cricket and basketball grounds available nearby for everyone to enjoy.
Things need improvement
Getting to the bus stop takes about 20 minutes on foot, which can be a bit of a challenge.

Things need improvement
Parking is limited due to the last block in their society, presenting a challenge for residents who struggle to find adequate parking space, highlighting a need for better parking management solutions.

I left the society before covid started. Super market was nearby, 10 mins walk there was a bus stop. Hospital was also nearby. There is no seepage issue. I am not sure about painting of quality as i used to live on rent. Play area was not that great but that was fine. Its acrowded area as parks are near by. Tech park is nearby. Roads are very small.
Things need improvement
Society was all fine when i used to stay there. Its just roads were very small.

The folks at Sugar Residency are super friendly. Even though I'm here on rent, they let me use all the amenities without any extra charges. The railway station and rickshaw stand are conveniently close by too.
Things need improvement
We used to deal with a leakage problem in our apartment, but the maintenance committee recently fixed the issue.

The connectivity to the society is very good as the public transport is easily avaliable and metro station is also at the walking distance and school, hospital and the market is at the radius of 2 to 3 km
Things need improvement
There is a big drainage near the society due to which the compound wall has been destroyed by the government and till now nothing has been done
