Over 1.93 acres of land this whole project has been completed. I must say that the whole atmosphere of this place seemed very breezy to me when I went there. They proposed us many amenities such as place for yoga and meditation, gym, parks for children, a swimming pool, huge place for gardening, jogging and walking track. And some additional features including a basketball and baseball courts. I am a baseball player and this will be hugely useful for me to choose.

2bhk, 3bhk, 4bhk, 5bhk flats are available here and this configurations are highly beneficial for both big and small families. And I am planning to buy a 3bhk flat for my parents. The upcoming project is also registered by RERA and home loans are available in different banks. This makes quite easier for everyone to fulfill their dreams. The price is also very affordable. There is ample spaces for car parking and good security services too.

Some negative points that I should include here that severe waterlogging problems have been found here that the local people said. Several power cuts reported here also. Most of the time the locality face water supply problems which is highly disappointing. Several potholes have been found and created risk of major road accidents. The air is polluting day by day because many industries have been located here. The dumping ground in also creating an unhygienic atmosphere throughout the locality.

This place is positioned Eastern Express Highway which is highly beneficial. Eastern Freeway and Mumbai-Pune Highway also run through the locality which serve a decent connectivity with another cities. Chatrapati Shivaji International Airport is about 12km and my hometown is West Bengal and for that I can easily reach my hometown through flights. K Star Mall and Cubic Mall and many essential shops are located in this area. Buses, cabs and autos are easily available here.

Godrej RKS could therefore be said one of the reasonable accomplishments I have ever known. This place is located in Chembur, Mumbai. This is an upcoming project and is formulated by Godrej Groups. I would like to say that they proposed to give me all of the elegant luxuries and residence at a very satisfactory price. I am planning to buy a 2bhk flat for myself at a very reasonable price. This place for me has to be one of the beneficial projects eventually.
