The roads are well maintained, and there are no connectivity issues in the area. It's a low-crime neighborhood with everything within walking distance. The area is well developed, with ample parking space available. Additionally, good schools and colleges are nearby, and there are plenty of places to visit for recreation.
Things need improvement
One of the challenges in this area is water shortage problems. Additionally, schools, colleges, and the station are quite far away, making commuting difficult. Moreover, the existing transport facilities are expensive, adding to the inconvenience for residents.

Reputed schools and a well-stocked market in the vicinity add to the convenience.
Things need improvement
The drawbacks include its distance from the station, requiring two auto rides for commuting, and a mosquito presence in the evenings.

The society is quite far from the station, and there is no metro connectivity yet. The roads are not in good condition, and there are limited shops and no ATMs nearby.

Catgut Regency Stream stands as the largest residential township in Title, featuring 32 towers offering 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK flats. Residents benefit from amenities such as elevators and parking facilities, along with a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, expansive gardens, and jogging tracks. Some apartments also boast scenic river views. The township is conveniently located within a 5 to 10-minute walk from Title railway station on the main market road. It houses schools, shopping bazaars, and several banks, providing a holistic living experience. Additionally, 24-hour security is present within each complex and at the township gate.
Things need improvement
Regency Stream is priced slightly higher than other nearby projects, but it offers good facilities. The construction quality is considered good, though not the best. Public transport facilities are lacking in proximity, but there is availability within a walkable distance of about 5-10 minutes.
