After months of searching, we finally found our dream house. Assetz Sun and Sanctum are offering high-class infrastructure with peaceful living. The sales team is outstanding. They are very professional and have constantly guided us. The flexible payment facility is the one I could rely upon. The project offers all the minimum amenities one could require for. The overall design is brilliant with spacious rooms, washrooms and balconies. The work is in full swing and we are expecting possession by 2022.

Assetz Sun and Sanctum are in Bangalore which is offering brilliantly designed spacious apartments. The location is pretty amazing as it is surrounded by several tech parks such as Whitefield, ITPL, Hebbal and Kadugodi. The schools, hospitals, malls, ATMs are also connected with the residential complex. The project is under construction and is most likely to complete by 2022. Assetz Sun and Sanctum are known to be one of the best projects but it is not at all budget-friendly. Also, other projects are also developing so there might be traffic congestion during the peak hours.

I booked a premium 2BHK flat in Assetz Sun and Sanctum a few months ago and I am highly satisfied with the smart build complex. It is a premium project with high-class efficient homes. The basic amenities like WIFI, Parking, Water supply, lift etc. are provided for daily needs. The total area is almost 4.17 acres with 321 units. The residential complex offers a plethora of facilities for hassle-free life. The under-construction project is worth investing in and is likely to start its possession by 2023.

We have approached Assetz Sun and Sanctum for our requirements of the 3BHK apartment and it was an excellent experience. The residential complex is in the heart of the city surrounded by IT parks, educational institutions and a market complex. The residential complex is providing urban class amenities and it has been designed keeping in mind all ages and interests. Price is a bit higher than usual but the project will be promising premium interiors too. I recommend this residential complex to middle-class families looking for a peaceful abode.

Assetz Sun and Sanctum bring nature and luxury for peaceful living. The project is under construction that offers premium flats of 2BHK and 3BHK in Bangalore. The design is totally contemporary that will provide well-ventilated rooms and high-quality amenities. Some of them include a badminton court, creative room, studio for fitness, gym, table tennis, yoga area, pool, swimming pool and a lot more. The water and electricity system are also well maintained. I am gladly waiting for the possession to start and would suggest that it’s the best investment.
