They are very professional and have constantly guided us. The flexible payment facility is the one I could rely upon. The project offers all the minimum amenities one could require for. The overall design is brilliant with spacious rooms, washrooms and balconies. The work is in full swing and we are expecting possession by 2022.

Also, other projects are also developing so there might be traffic congestion during the peak hours.

The residential complex offers a plethora of facilities for hassle-free life. The under-construction project is worth investing in and is likely to start its possession by 2023.

We have approached Assetz Sun and Sanctum for our requirements of the 3BHK apartment and it was an excellent experience. The residential complex is in the heart of the city surrounded by IT parks, educational institutions and a market complex. The residential complex is providing urban class amenities and it has been designed keeping in mind all ages and interests. Price is a bit higher than usual but the project will be promising premium interiors too. I recommend this residential complex to middle-class families looking for a peaceful abode.
