Maintenance is better as cleaning, power cuts, parking, and other aspects are addressed in a timely manner. Public transport is usually available, and schools and hospitals are nearby most of the time.
Things need improvement
Since the construction is old, there are often issues that arise. Basic facilities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym should be available in the society, as these are essential amenities. Repainting of the buildings should also be done as the society has aged and requires maintenance.

Enthusiastic celebration of all the festivals in conducted in the society. Painting is done frequently in the society. Ventilation is properly maintained. Pet friendly place. Swimming pool, gym and play ground for children are available in the society. Garbage collection is done every morning at 8 am. E- Rickshaws and cabs are available nearby.
Things need improvement
The society does not have a nearby metro station. No nearby malls or shopping conplex is available. The residents have to travel area 6-7 kms for malls and metro stations.

Overall the society is quit well maintained , furnished in the society , there are many families living in the society with friendly and helpful nature
Things need improvement
There is difficult to find nearby public transport like auto ,no metro nearby in the society , although the maintenance can enhanced more in the society

Everything in the society is very nice and well maintained .people are very cooperative and pleasant.
Things need improvement
There is no need to do anything good in the society..all maintenance in the society is done on time.

Maintenance quality of the society is satisfactory. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are available. The residents are decent and celebrate all festivals and events together.
Things need improvement
Transportation connectivity near the society is average with no availability of autos nearby.

We are taking advantage of all the modern amenities available to us. Festivals are enthusiastically observed. Maxworth Premier Urban Society is a great spot for a residential neighbourhood because it is close to many facilities, including hospitals, gas stations, and other essential services.

A camera has been mounted on every corner of the gated community. Excellent safety. Power and water are always available. The park and playground are kept up beautifully. We are taking use of all the modern conveniences offered here. Festivals are fervently observed.

A good area to live. Sector 15 Part 2 is slightly inside. The majority of everyday necessities are met by several establishments placed close to society. The swimming pool is only open during the summer. Maintenance fees are too costly in comparison to the services supplied.

There are several amenities close by, including a hospital, a gas station, and many more facilities, making Maxworth Premier Urban Society a great spot for us to live.
