Schools hospitals are located near by the society,overall the connectivity is good.all the festivals are being celebrated,good socialism.society is neat clean and hygenic environment.
Things need improvement
Construction quality of society is not that great,some of the aprtments faces leakage and seepage issues.

The society is very clean always society is cleaned daily by workers no garbage at all and people also keep society very clean

Yet this society is very old construction but as such there are no issues regarding anything and managing commitee is attentive to resolve issues if occures.High security has been provided and all the areas are under cctv survilance.People over here are very much coperative and helpful.there are good schools and hospitals around the society.Cleaniness is good and time to time mopping and all is done in the society.
Things need improvement
Construction work is going on besides the society for mulund and goregaon flyover due to that road are under developed and during peak hours traffic issues are also there around the society.There are no amenities available in the society except parking area and lift.

Auto rickshaws are available nearby. Ola and Uber come to the society. Oberoi Mall is near the society. The road outside the society is very good, wide. Parking is properly allotted to everyone. Garbage collection is done daily, and segregation of wet and dry garbage is also done. Maintenance charges are Rs. 8000 for 2BHK and Rs. 10000 for 3BHK per month, which is normal. Cleanliness is properly maintained. Flats are ventilated. Sunlight comes into all rooms, and all rooms have balconies. Each flat has a large dry area. There are 15 floors of parking, both open and covered and the basement one also. People are very nice here; we celebrate all festivals together like Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali, Holi, and Navratri. The society is earthquake-proof.
Things need improvement
Due to IT employees, there is a crowd on the roads during their office hours. There is very little space between two flats, so if renovation is happening in the adjacent flat, all the dust comes to our flat. There is a lot of ongoing construction around the society, leading to pollution. The clubhouse has not yet opened in the society; it has been constructed but is not operational yet.

Maintainace facilities of the apartment is great like all the amenities like swimming pool,gym ,club house,kids park all are in operational condition.connectivity is great local transport available easily.all festival are being celebrated hence good socialism.allocated parking for resident.
Things need improvement
Construction of the apartment has become old,some of the units faces leakage and seepage issues.guest parking has not been provided.

Connectivity is really great like local transport easily available.all the amenities has been provided.society is very neat,clean and hygenic.

Allocated guest parking was not provided though there was open space for the guest.some time there were seepage issues in the unit.

The society has done a fantastic job maintaining its amenities – everything is in good working condition. The environment is neat and clean, and there's a high-security system for the residents.
Things need improvement
Tenants have to cough up extra to use amenities. Unfortunately, the build quality is subpar, leading to leakage and seepage issues inside the apartment.

There are cabs ,auto ,raiway station at walking distance . residence of the apartment are very polite and well behaved
Things need improvement
There were cracks on the outer and inner wall, there were seepage issues as well so the build quality is not that great.and amenities like swimming pool club house were not fuctional at that time.

According to my exeperience in that society was top notch ,good connectivity with local transportation and essentials.build quality was great of the society.

Issue resolution process can be improve,managing commitee should be attentive.society should enhance maintaining facility.everything in the society is perfect.

Overall society is good. Power back up & water supply is adequate. Connectivity is good, auto-other public transport, markets all are easily accessible near the society. No seepage/leakage issues faced by us. Basic amenities like gym, swimming pool & clubhouse is everything here in the society.
Things need improvement
She said we are not having any problem/issues in the society, everything is working fine for us. No issues highlighted.

Society is at good locality and good area ,connectivity is also great like railway station ad bus stand is at walkable distance from the society.Society is neat clean and well maintained.Allocated parking for owners and visitors in the society.Crowd of the people is also good ,helpful and kind.
Things need improvement
This is old construction based society so there are no amenities but it is been constructed in the society.Sometimes there are seepage and pesticides issues in the society.
