अच्छी चीज़ें यहाँ हैं

Auto.cabs are easily availabe around the society.All the festivals are being celebrated in the society.proper garbage disposible system has been adopted in the society.Security system is good in the society.Allocated parking for the owners.

Things need improvement

Roads outside the apartment is too much narrow and conjusted.There is only semi amenities but builder has not handed over it to the society.Swiming pool is not there in the society,maintenance charges are high in the society.

Connectivity with public transport and local transport is great.good security system each person has been verified on the entrance of the apartment.allocated parking sppace is there for owners and visitors.Crowd of the people is good,educated and well behaved.

Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of cabs and autos. Maintenance quality of the building is also good with regular cleaning and no potholes water logging. Construction quality with no seepage and termite issues. Amenities like the gym swimming pool and clubhouse are available in the premises. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. Paintings are done timely. A parking lot is available.

The building boasts good construction quality. 7. Experience peace of mind with reliable security and efficient management. 8. Residents have access to a swimming pool located adjacent to the society. 9. Each wing features three lifts for enhanced convenience. 10. Ample parking space, including basement parking, is available for residents. 11. The market is conveniently located close to the society's location. 12. Access medical care easily with the nearest hospital located within 2 km, namely Jupiter Hospital.

1. Although the railway station is 6 km away from the society, there are readily available sharing autos and city buses from outside the society to the railway station. 2. There is a large gutter flowing from the side of the building, but it hasn't posed a significant problem so far. Overall, there aren't many negatives about this place.

1. This society offers an excellent road view and is a relatively new project, being just over 5 years old. 2. Security services are also available to ensure safety. 3. Residents benefit from the proximity of a nearby market and Thane station for convenience. 4. Conveniently located in Vartak Nagar, close to Singhania School. 5. Residents enjoy the convenience of lift facilities within the building.

Things need improvement

1. The society does not have a gym facility. 2. There is no swimming pool available. 3. The area lacks greenery. 4. There is no playground within the society premises.

The people here are really friendly and enjoy celebrating festivals together. I've been living in this community for some time now, and I must say, the neighbors are absolutely wonderful.

Things need improvement

Although there isn't a park yet, half of the building work has been completed. They've installed slides, but the playground area is still pending.

The rooms are comfortable, and security measures are commendable. Public transport is easily accessible, and the roads are well-maintained. Construction quality is impressive, complemented by CCTV surveillance for safety, and vigilant watchmen on duty. Additionally, a mall is conveniently located nearby.

Things need improvement

Some flats experience leakage issues, and the lifts are consistently busy due to high foot traffic. Noise pollution from honking is prevalent as the main signal is nearby. The swimming pool remains unprepared, and metro connectivity is still pending, with stations located at a considerable distance. Accessing sharing autos requires a one-kilometer journey on the road.

The project is situated in the main location and heart of Thane, offering a wonderful view from the society. Security measures are efficient, and there is ample parking available. The community is composed of sensible individuals, making it a great place for living overall.

The flats are overly compact, with 1BHK units resembling studio compartments. The land of the society was embroiled in a dispute for 10 years, though construction is now completed. However, the quality of construction is questionable, evident in the inconsistent lobby conditions on each floor. Unfortunately, the building's swimming pool has been sealed by the Municipal Corporation. Due to the prolonged dispute, there's uncertainty regarding the issuance of the Occupancy Certificate (OC). Additionally, the metro isn't currently operational, but it's anticipated to be available in the next 4-5 years. The proposed metro station is located at a distance greater than 1 km from the society.
