Runwal sanctuary is an under-construction site in Thane, Mumbai. I book 3 BHK flats and visited the site. The sale and the management team are words and they have sort of misguided us. The project is a bit expensive compared to the other projects in the area. The growth rate of infrastructure development is slow and the road has low maintenance too. Though the project is well connected with the heart of the city there is a lot of traffic congestion during the peak hours. I am not very satisfied with the project and would suggest everyone check other projects before investing in this.
