I moved out of the society around four years ago. During my residence there, the rent was very cheap, and the location was excellent due to the presence of multiple schools, a few hospitals, and vegetable markets. Transportation facilities like cabs and auto buses were easily available for residents. Maintenance was excellent due to the good water supply and cleanliness, and there were no extra charges for maintenance. Security was also good, and ample parking options were available for residents.
Things need improvement
The major problem in this society is its construction quality. There are issues such as seepage, leakage, and cracks in the walls.

Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and cricket ground are well-maintained in the society. The locality is very good. Public transportation is available on the main road within walking distance from the society. Cabs and autos are easily available within the society if we book through Ola and Uber. The water facility is very good, and there is also power backup available in the society. Garbage collection is efficiently conducted daily, door-to-door."
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is poor, with external cracks visible on walls in buildings. However, maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Unfortunately, there is no designated visiting parking area available in the society.

The people in this society are friendly; they celebrate festivals together, fostering a sense of community.
Things need improvement
Metro station is far away from the society. No easy access to cabs and auto. Maintenance team is very poor they dont pay attention to the services, swimming pool water needs to be change immediately.
