Metro train connectivity adds to the accessibility. The presence of well-paved roads and numerous stationary shops nearby enhances convenience. Additionally, the community spirit is evident with the celebration of most festivals within the locality. Moreover, essential stores and departmental stores are easily accessible, contributing to the overall convenience of living in the area.

Limited parking space due to space constraints is a common issue, often leading to traffic jams. Unfortunately, there are no parks available, and the existing ones are not well maintained. Additionally, potential buyers are not allowed to see what they are purchasing, which adds to the frustration.

The maintenance charges are unreasonably high, and some owners have demanding attitudes, expecting excessive amounts from tenants, possibly surpassing their EMIs. The rent is exorbitant, lacking justification for the given facilities. Connectivity is poor, with the society located 1 km inside from the main road and lacking nearby shops or amenities. Seepage and water leakage issues persist, causing inconvenience to residents. The abundance of greenery attracts mosquitoes and other insects, posing a nuisance. Furthermore, the absence of nearby schools or offices adds to the inconvenience, and the nearest metro station is 4 km away, further limiting accessibility.

The amenities are excellent, with an appealing project design and superior quality, air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, firefighting system, CCTV and 24-7 security, power backup, adventure trail, 10 acre landscaped gardens, outdoor fitness, seating pavilion, acupressure therapy area, spa, Yoga/Meditation Area, Intercom Facility, Markets Nearby, Landscaped Garden. I like that the neighbourhood is a safe and comfortable place to live in.

A restaurant and a convenience shop are also available. The network quality, on the other hand, is higher, which compensates.I like having a specific area for my dogs is a fantastic plus for me. Everything you need is close by, including on-site dining and a convenience store, as well as supermarkets, malls, schools, and hospitals in the neighbouring neighbourhood.

The location is here in Assests Marq fantastic, and the security measures are top-notch, with CCTV throughout, security guards, a modern entrance lobby, and firefighting, to name a few. Construction quality, design, open space, outdoor fitness area, benches, adventurous path, acupressure massage, and planted gardens, to name a few features, are all exceptional. I'm completely taken aback. I like the bedrooms and living room include full air conditioning and high-quality interiors. Because this is such a visible project, upkeep should be enhanced as well.
