Our society has been a fantastic experience for me. One thing I particularly love is how family-friendly it is; the parks and gardens are always well-maintained, providing a perfect space for kids to play and explore. Plus, the society itself is quite spacious, which adds to the overall comfort. Connectivity-wise, it's incredibly convenient. We have easy access to public transportation like autos and cabs right outside, making commuting hassle-free. And I appreciate how well-lit the streets are, especially at night, ensuring safety for everyone. The nearby shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants are a big plus, making errands and outings a breeze. The amenities here are top-notch; from the gym and swimming pool to the clubhouse and play area for kids, there's something for everyone, and they're all maintained really well. It's reassuring to know that CCTV is in place, and the lifts are always in good working condition. Maintenance is on point, with hygiene standards being upheld diligently. Garbage collection is always on time, and any issues that arise are promptly addressed, which is great. Plus, I love how the community comes together to celebrate cultural events and festivals; it really adds to the sense of belonging here. I'm also glad to report that I haven't faced any mobile network issues, and pets are allowed without any hassle, which is a big relief for pet owners like myself. And lastly, it's a relief to know that water logging isn't an issue around the society. Overall, it's been a wonderful experience living here.
Things need improvement
At times, we do encounter seepage and leakage problems in some of the flats, which can be a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the quality of the walls leaves something to be desired, and we've noticed issues with the window fittings, resulting in water getting inside during rainy periods. Overall, it seems there are some shortcomings in the construction quality of the buildings that need to be addressed.

Getting around is effortless thanks to a reliable network of public transport options, including buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis. Conveniently located near vibrant markets, essential services, and educational institutions, residents benefit from easy access to everything they need. The expansive park provides ample space for children to play and relax, adding to the community's charm. Known for its friendly environment and welcoming spirit, the community is celebrated for its hospitality.
Things need improvement
The society's maintenance was impeccable, with no issues to be found, and everything functioning smoothly. The management team adeptly handled any problems that arose, ensuring a hassle-free experience for residents.

The society has enough greenery. There are no leakage or seepage issues in my flat. Public transport, including autos, buses, and a metro station, is nearby. Parking is allocated for both residents and visitors. Festivals are celebrated, and the residents are decent. Cleanliness is maintained.
Things need improvement
The society has only one playground, which is insufficient for the number of residents. Drinking water is supplied by tankers, for which additional charges are required, causing significant issues with water supply. The lifts frequently break down. Maintenance charges are high, and there are leakage and seepage issues in other people's flats.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. There are no such electricity issues faced, there were no power cut issues faced at all. Water supply is good in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained The constructuion quality is very good, no such issues like, seepage, leakage and plaster issues were faced in the society. Security system is very good, CCTV is available. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
Balcony is not available for residents, that is a disadvantage of this society. the behaviour of the security guard was very bad, even the administration's behaviour is bad towards tenents. for events and festivals tenents were not invited. There was some air pollution issues around the society as constructions were going on and dust was too much. Bedrooms are too small, it's difficult to stay for more members. It is not spacious.

Withing the range of 1 km ,you can avail all the public transport facilities like railway station ,bus stand and even metro is just 2. 5 km away by the society. High security system in the society like all the areas are under cctv survilance in the society. Housekeeping staff is there in the society so time to time mopping and sweeping is done.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is just average as there issues regarding seepage in the society. All the modern amenities are there in the society but the tenants are not allowed to use this facilities. there was not that much socialism in the society and even no festivals were celebrated in the society.

Residents could rely on the timely provision of services, contributing to a hassle-free living experience. the society's strategic location offered unparalleled convenience, with essential amenities such as hospitals, markets, hotels, and schools all conveniently accessible within a mere 500-meter radius. This proximity significantly enhanced the overall quality of life for residents, making daily tasks and errands effortlessly manageable. Additionally, the accessibility of auto-rickshaws and cabs right outside the society further augmented its appeal. Residents enjoyed seamless connectivity to various parts of the city, facilitating travel and commuting needs with ease. The construction quality of the buildings was commendable, characterized by sturdy and well-constructed structures. This ensured not only the safety and durability of the properties but also contributed to a sense of comfort and security among the residents. the unit sizes were generously spacious, providing ample living space for occupants to comfortably reside in. The absence of seepage issues in both the kitchen and bathroom areas further underscored the superior construction standards and attention to detail within the society.
Things need improvement
I didn't have any kind of problem or complaint with the society because my experience there was very good.

Local transport and public transport was easy to approach near by the society. All the modern amenities like swimmig pool,gym, kids play are was there and everything was functional. Crowd of the people was really good and all the cultural events were celebrated overall good socialism. High security to the residents like all the areas were under cctv survilance and biomatrix on the entrance. society was neat clean and well maintained by the managing commitee.
Things need improvement
Power back up facilities were no there in the society though there was no issues of frequent power cuts,but that facility should be added for the case of emergency.

Build quality was good as there were no issues regarding seepage. All the modern amenities were available in the society and fully functional. All Transportation facilities were easy to access near by the society. . Good security system were installed and society was neat,clean and well maintained. Allocated parking space is available for owners in the society.
Things need improvement
Rooms are too small and not spacious. There is lots of discrimination between owners and tenants. Tenant has to pay extra charges to use amenities in the society. Visitors parking is not available in the society. Power back up is available for common areas only.

One can say that investing in this property can be risky but as per my experience, it was worth it. I visited the place myself and checked every thing starting from the space to the quality. everything is so amazingly done here. Looking forward to the possession.

My wife was a bit hesistatnt about getting a flat in this property but the property brokers made us feel very happy and assured us with the best of deals. The amenities are great and worth investing too. I am looking forward to move in soon.
