Residents enjoy the lush green surroundings, complete with a well-kept swimming pool, garden, and clubhouse. Security measures, including cameras and RFID systems, ensure foolproof safety for all residents.
Things need improvement
Overall, it's an excellent society to live in, but improvements could be made with a larger gym and faster elevator replacements.

Residents enjoy a luxurious lifestyle with superior construction quality, making it an ideal choice for those seeking comfort and convenience.
Things need improvement
So far, the only drawback I've noticed is the high maintenance cost. However, if that's not a concern for you, you'll likely adore this place.

The public transport facility is lacking, and residents/owners face high maintenance charges. Moreover, there is a scarcity of cabs/autos available in the surrounding roads of the society.

Various rules are in place, including charges for parking and a substantial monthly maintenance fee of approximately 8k. However, despite these costs, the society offers luxurious living amenities, ensuring an enjoyable lifestyle for its residents.

With gated entry and round-the-clock security, residents feel safe and secure. The society is impeccably maintained with efficient staff, enhancing the overall living experience.
Things need improvement
While the society is situated on a service road, requiring a short walk to access public transport on the main road, the local station is about 2.5 kilometers away, which can be a minor inconvenience. Although it's slightly pricier compared to neighboring societies, the value justifies the cost. While occasional phone network issues may arise, they are infrequent. Overall, there are few negatives to mention, making it a favorable living choice.
