The flats are well-constructed, offering excellent quality at an affordable price. Society maintenance is top-notch. Being right on Dark Expressway ensures great connectivity. It's a smart investment with promising returns, and both the railway station and Gurgaon bus stand are within 6 km
Things need improvement
The maintenance costs are slightly high, and ongoing work on the Dark Expressway is in progress. The proposed metro will take some time, at least 3 years

The environment is very safe, with comprehensive CCTV surveillance covering all areas. The abundant greenery enhances the experience, providing a refreshing atmosphere every morning and evening
Things need improvement
Only drawback is that the nearby metro station is not very close. Improved connectivity would have been better if it were in closer proximity to a metro station

Things need improvement
One notable drawback is the lack of transportation options near the society, making it challenging unless you have your own personal vehicle

Society is quite spacious and gated security. They have implemented my gate app for visitors management, so we know who is coming inside to meet us. It's in Gurgaon but closer to Delhi. CCTV cameras are installed. Park is there with playing equipment for kids. Well maintained Greenery. It has market in the society having over 60 shops where you get everything needed for daily necessities. Connectivity is good and cabs are available 24x7 so commuting is not a problem.,
Things need improvement
No public transport available so having our own vehicle is needed. Maintenance charges are slightly higher as they charge u20b92.88 for soft, and it's getting deducted from the electricity bills. Water is available 24x7, but sometimes it causes problems, and they rarely inform in advance for such issues. Parking is the biggest problem as it's not reserved and people park their vehicles anywhere they want. Management is not managing parking well, and they try not to take any initiative to make it better
