All local transport vehicals are available within 500miters from the society. malls, schools and restorents are near by. people are ver cooperative. security is very efficent. there are no leakages or craks on walls. water supply is 24*7.
Things need improvement
No modern amenities are present inside the society. there are no balconies to the flats.

Public transport like Auto, Buses and local railway station is available at the walking distance from the residence. Street like are installed outside the society. Online grocery delivery is done my area and also we have market area for dialy essentials are the distance of 5-10 minutes. Schools, Hospitals are closeby the area. Additional Staircase is available for emergency and fire exit. Sunlight comes inside my house. People are educated in the neighborhood.
Things need improvement
They don't allow any new tenants with the pets in the society anymore. Swimming Pool, Gym and Clubhouse are not available inside the society premises. One side of the lifts stops working randomly. Individual houses have to go outside the society to throw the Garbage.

The maintenance of the lift is pretty good, and every facility in the society is fantastic and readily available.
Things need improvement
Getting cabs and autos in front of the society is challenging, and the roads are in poor condition.

Local railway station,bus stand is at walkable distance,which id best part if you are residing in mumbai.security system was great,neat,clean and hygenic society.tenant can use any of the faciltiies without paying extra .allocated parking for resident and visitors.
Things need improvement
Society can improve there amenities,society only has club house and gym area for the resident .

The neighborhood around the apartment is nice, and you can find everything you need easily in the society.
Things need improvement
This society is essentially a three-floor apartment. The maintenance cost is a bit high, and unfortunately, there are no amenities. We faced some water supply issues, so we had to buy drinking water.

The people in this apartment are really helpful and friendly, and the construction quality is solid too.
Things need improvement
The connectivity here is quite poor – there's no help for local transportation, and the railway station is quite a distance away.
