The construction quality of the building was fine as there were no issues like seepage and leekage in my flat or anywhere outside. All the smenities were present in the society and security was also active, providing a sense of safety
Things need improvement
At that time, there were no convenience options available and commuting was difficult. There was no shopping complex in the vicinity, with only a small grocery shop available. This lack of retail options had been inconvenient

No Electric Issue in this society. Everything is well maintained. Cabs are available. There are schools and hospital nearby. There are malls underconstruction nearby which will be a great addition to the locality.

Public transport is a concern as dwarka highway is not ready.

Additionally, many avenues lead to dead ends, complicating navigation. Encroachment on wetlands poses a significant problem, leading to flooding during the rainy season. Furthermore, the locality is distant from the main city and is accessible only via a narrow road plagued by heavy traffic.
