He said main pehle rehta tha Dream homes society mein. No seepage/leakage issues were there, construction quality theek tha. Maintanance theek tha , clean rehta the society.
Things need improvement
Connectivity was not up to the mark. Mainly society mein hi dikkat tha, parking ka issue tha, parking space was not enough. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse kuch nahi tha society mein. Koi as such festivals nahi manate the saath society mein, sab apne apne mein rehte the.

Maintenance is goog hygenic and clean .they celebrates all the festival together.
Things need improvement
Facilities like playground is not there so facilities is not sp well needs to be improved.

Public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society, the connectivity is very good. nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it is functional properly. construction quality of the buildings is very good, seepage and leakage issues are not faced in the apartments. People staying here are friendly and copperative
Things need improvement
It is not a society, it is a PG, mostly students stay here. Amenities and facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are not available in the society.

Nearby markets,malls,school,college, hospital all aret there. maintenance is good.security guard is best.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society.
Things need improvement
Sufficient play area for kids are not available in the society. Stray dog issues are faced a lot, the dogs sometimes bites the children The constructuion quality is not good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. The society is not always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. Garbege collections in the basement areas are done on time for which mouse and unwanted insects enters the society and it is a bog issue for us. People staying in the society are not friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are not celebrated together. The society allows anyone to stay in the society and they don't maintain the society. Water logging issues are faced a lot in the society. Drainage system is not good in the society. Underground parking was available but due to water logging cars can't be parked there. The management of the society is very bad for which I had to leave the society. People use to park there car anywhere. The society is not a standard one for living.

Public transportation like autos, buses, and cabs are easy to find and use since the society is close to the airport road. The market area is within walking distance and has everything for daily needs. Maintenance is good, and any issues are promptly addressed, even at night. There's a gym and a meeting room available. Neighbors are friendly because my family lives there, and we celebrate festivals together.
Things need improvement
Swimming pool is not available in the society. There's a parking issue because each floor has only one parking spot, and when relatives or friends visit, the area gets crowded because there's no visitor parking.

The connectivity of the society average, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are not available easily outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are not available outside the society. It's far from the society. The constructuion quality is average, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. Mobile network issues are faced a lot. Broadband issues are faced. Electricity issues are faced in the society, power cuts happens Water supply issues are faced. Roads outside the society needs to be improved.

Construction quality was very good, there was never any seepage or leakage issue in any of the flats.
Things need improvement
The main road of the society was very bad, it should have been made better and street dogs were also a big issue. If the gate was open then the dogs would have come inside.

Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. Market areas, grocery store, schools, malls, restaurants all are nearby the society. Hospitals are available nearby the society. The society is very well connected on the main road. The Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, there are no such issues faced regarding it. There is a park made in the society. The people are overall good and social in the society.
Things need improvement
The maintainance is not good in the society, maintainance issues are faced. Society is not cleaned properly on a timely basis. The garbages are not collected on time which creates hygine issues. The roads are also not cleaned properly. Sometimes parking issues are also faced. The quality of construction materials used is not good at all. Seepage and leakage issues happens a lot in the society, almost all flats face the same issues. Walls and plasters come off easily if drilling machine is used. There are no facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house made in the society

The roads are very bad the roads of the society filled with water.there is water logging problem in the society.no lift in the society. there is no building maintenance in the society.

This ia actualy a raw house . connectivity is very easy for us on night or day both time. people are celebrate festival .
Things need improvement
There is no canal sytem for outgoing the dirty wastage water . inside the society road is under construction. no amenitis are there.

In that area, cabs and auto-rickshaws are readily available, making transportation convenient. The facilities are excellent with a swimming pool, club house, park, and ample parking. Moreover, the community spirit is admirable, with residents coming together to celebrate festivals.The maintenance is excellent, and there are well-maintained, spacious gyms and tennis courts available.

There is nothing that can be improved in the society.
