Furthermore, the security measures in place are good.
The major problem within this community is the poor construction quality, evidenced by plaster coming off in several walls. Additionally, some blocks within the community are dirty due to irregular cleaning.

The only drawback is the presence of a slaughterhouse behind the society, which can occasionally disrupt sleep for residents in C or D blocks. Additionally, access to the clubhouse is not connected from within the society.

I moved out of this community. During my time there, the connectivity was good. Within a 1.5km distance, 1 to 2 international schools, multispecialty hospitals, supermarkets, and shopping malls are easily accessible. The maintenance charges are also reasonable, with maintenance facilities like regular water supply and a waste management system ensuring cleanliness. The construction quality of the society is also good because the construction was done 10 to 12 years ago, but there are no complaints of water leakage or cracks. Amenities like a swimming pool, good parking spaces, and excellent greenery in the society's surroundings.
The only problem is society is located outskirts of the city and sometimes the transportation facilities like cabs and buses are challenging.

I moved out of this society approximately four years ago, and the transportation options, such as the bus stand and metro station, are located within a kilometer's distance. There are also several small grocery stores situated within walking distance from the main gate. The maintenance of the society is excellent; garbage collection is conducted every two days, and each flat has power backup through generators. Additionally, the cleaning service provided is of high quality. While the society has several amenities, including a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and play areas, their regular operation has been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite this, the construction of the society is of good quality, resulting in minimal complaints.
The primary issue plaguing this society lies in the poor quality of its water, which alternates between hardness and salinity.

Nearby, there are plenty of shops, including popular eateries like McDonald's, Balaji, and Polar Bear, just a stone's throw away. Additionally, there's a bakery a mere 5 minutes from the back gate. For movie enthusiasts, KINO Cinemas is conveniently located on the opposite side of the road. Supermarkets like Rolla, A1 Fresh, and Casio are also within close proximity. The apartments offer spacious sizes, with impressive balconies that residents are sure to appreciate.
Unfortunately, there are a few downsides to the apartment. The society lacks proper maintenance, with inadequate cleaning of corridors and common areas, and poorly maintained parks. Dust accumulation throughout gives the society a neglected appearance, exacerbated by continuous dust and noise from nearby construction.

As a tenant I stayed there for 9 months and I must say it’s a good locality the people here are friendly its bachelor friendly and people here do not intervene and admins and admins facilitated an easy entry and exit system.
