Sobha city offers a range of amenities such as a cricket pitch, football field, tennis court, swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse. the amenities are well maintained and add to the luxurious lifestyle of the residents. another thing is the location as it is located in well-connected area of Bangalore, with easy access to the airport, major highways, and IT parks. it is also close to schools, hospitals, and shopping centers. one more thing I must say is the design, the complex has modern design and is well-planned with spacious apartments, green spaces, and walkways. the design is aesthetically pleasing and adds to the premium feel of the complex.,
Things need improvement
The premium nature of the complex comes with a higher price tag, which might make it inaccessible for some potential residents. Additionally, being situated near a busy road brings along noise pollution from traffic, causing disturbances for residents. Moreover, limited parking spaces can pose challenges for residents in finding suitable parking spots. These factors highlight some drawbacks that individuals may need to consider before deciding to reside in the complex.

The landscaping and greenery were lovely, and the air was clean. It was peaceful with a nice view. The surroundings were quiet, and there was 24/7 security. All the amenities I needed were right there in the apartment complex. Plus, it's very convenient for people working in Manyata Tech Park, Hebbal, or the airport, with easy access and no traffic delays
Things need improvement
A bit disappointed with restrictions and certain rules and regulations,

This society had fully featured and modernized buildings...modernized facilities or amendments.I loved the infrastructure ,rooms and balcony too. I loved the gym,pool,playing area, I love how they maintain the security system at the entrance.,
Things need improvement
I didn't get much satisfied with kind of maintenance they charged..I think it is a bit more high.. Isn't that much affordable to many people out there. There is always traffic jam in Thani Sandra . There is metro train connectivity and the airport connectivity too.It is too far from these 2 facilities.,

A premium society will have all the amenities that you need which include the different sports filed if football, cricket, badminton, tennis, basketball and many more, there is an excellent gymnasium with all that advanced equipment. The houses are very beautiful minute detail has been covered by the builder, it has ample space to live and even work from home peacefully. The drawing room is very spacious and I love the view from the balcony.
Things need improvement
Price is the first factor that will make you search for more societies and keep this society in second place but as said in Bengaluru Comfort comes at a price so this is the price that has to be paid to live peacefully here. Its location is good everything is nearby the society but this makes the area a lot congested and noisy.,

It is one of the best housing townships in Banglore. Once you enter it's a different world. Very peaceful and aesthetic. The housing complex is really well maintained. The construction quality and the layout of the flats are good. The Diwali celebration here was good.,
Things need improvement
Sobha City charges too much for their apartments, and there are often problems with water and electricity. The security there isn't very good eithe

A nice view, eco-friendly environment, well-maintained gardens, and tree-lined roads can indeed enhance the quality of life in a community. Having a supportive and helpful staff adds to the overall positive experience.
Things need improvement
Some people might not like the color of the buildings, and having no shops nearby could be inconvenient. Also, if there's a lot of noise from nearby construction, that can be bothersome. And having a proper playground is important, especially for families with kids. These are things that can affect how comfortable and enjoyable it is to live there.

Our society is great, and we've lived here for two years. The people are very friendly, and we even have a swimming pool. The buildings look beautiful, especially during Diwali
Things need improvement
The downside of Shobha City is that it's quite expensive, lacks shopping areas, has poor management, and the construction quality is subpar

Living in that society was a pleasant experience. It was clean and well-maintained. What I appreciated most was that it was pet-friendly, which was perfect for me as a pet lover. The added security of CCTV cameras installed in key areas provided peace of mind. The society boasted a lovely swimming pool and all the necessary amenities.
Things need improvement
The main drawbacks you mentioned were the distance from the city, which made it difficult to find cabs, and some issues with seepage. However, it's good to hear that the seepage problem was resolved last year.

Residents can enjoy various festivals celebrated within the community, and pets are welcome. Ample green spaces provide a natural atmosphere, and skilled professionals like carpenters and plumbers are available during working hours. Other amenities include a Café Coffee Day, salon, and multiple swimming pools including one with temperature control. There are also recreational facilities like table tennis, snooker, gym, and more. Additionally, guest rooms and play areas for kids, including a daycare, are available within the community.
Things need improvement
The promise of a mall within the community has been broken with the construction of another residential building instead. The construction of a mud ground for kids to play football took an unexpectedly long time, spanning two years. While the Mygate system is in place for security, simultaneous notifications on phone and intercom calls can be disruptive, especially during work hours. Additionally, the proximity of a graveyard to the boundary wall of a specific block may be concerning to some residents. Metro connectivity is currently unavailable, and there have been past issues such as loose ceilings in some flats, though they have been addressed. Some interior lamps are also not in proper condition, and a few flats lack adequate sunlight. Is
