Transportation connectivity near the society was satisfactory with availability of cabs and buses. Market areas and hospitals were close by. Maintenance quality was good with regular water supply, power backup and electricity supply. The parking area was provided in the basement. Security system was well maintained. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were available.
Things need improvement
Metro station was not available. Construction quality was poor with some seepage and cracks in the buildings. Amenities were not well functional. Residents didn't celebrate many events together.

Quality of road around the society was strong as there were no ditch and even water logging issues were not there around the society.All the modern amenities were available and everything was very well maintained and that was no chargable for tenants.24/7 water and electricity supply was available.High security system and all the areas were under cctv survilance.All the festivals were celebrated in the society and people were really helpful and coperative
Things need improvement
Build quality was poor as there was seepage issues internally and even walls were pretty thin and rooms were not noice proof,you can hear from neighbours also which was very disturbing.

Security system and security staff are very good and well behaved.locality of the apartment is good ,local transportation is available easily.
Things need improvement
Commitee Members are very partial towards the tenant and different rule are there for the tenant and even though they have to pay extra to use amenities .managing commitee has no transperancy with the resident.Build quality is poor and pathetic,seepage issues,lots of pest contsrol issues are there in the society.

Housekeeping staff is very efficient because of that our society is very much clean. atmosphere of the society is very much peaceful it is full of greenery. committee is very helpful they resolve every issue in no time. i like everthing about the society.
Things need improvement
Hume pine ke liye pani tanker se bulana padata hai society me vo available nhi hai. thoda bohot traffic jam ka issue ata hai.

Maintaining the apartment comes at a relatively higher cost, and unfortunately, power backup facilities are not provided.

Withing the range of 10 km ,you will get everyhting like grocerry,cafes,atm,cabs ,auto.amenities are provided like swimming pool,club house, gym,area. power back up facilities has been provided without any extra charges.managing commitee was attentive towards resident.
Things need improvement
My living experience in the society was top notch i dont have any complains regarding anything .rooms allocation to bachelor's depends upon owner of the apartment

Society has good connectivity and the society has strick rules and regulation for enhacing the discipline living experience

Auto,cabs were easily available near by the society so the connectivity was good even though local market and essentials shops were near by the society.Construction quality and fittings of the furniture was of good quality.All the modern amenities are there in the society and everything is fully functional in the society.Spacious parking for owners and visitors as well in the society.
Things need improvement
Security system of the apartment can be imrpove like there are no cctv in the society.power back up facilities are there and even allocated to units as well but society is initiating yearly charges for it.

Connectivity is really great local transport facilities are available easily.essentials are available near by .women safety has been priorieties,good security system.inbuild moduler kitchen has been provided and even though power back up has been provided.All the amenities are in working condition and very well maintained.allocated parking has been provided for visitors.
Things need improvement
Some of the units were facing pipeline blockage issues though its been resolved.Hard water supply is provided but society has inbuild purifier for the resident.

The roads were well-built and not narrow or broken, so there were no issues with waterlogging or traffic. Nearby, there were markets and hospitals available. Cleanliness was well-maintained, and there were no power cuts. Amenities were present and perfectly maintained.
Things need improvement
There were some issues with the construction as cracks were appearing on the walls, indicating that perhaps inferior materials were used. Public transportation was a significant issue as it was not easily available. If you had your own vehicle, it was fine, but if you didn't, traveling became problematic. Additionally, there was an extra fee required to use the amenities because I was a tenant, and these facilities were not available for tenants.

There's a need for food stalls around the society. Public transport isn't available nearby, necessitating reliance on personal vehicles for convenience. Additionally, there's an issue with water supply; although water tankers are available, the society faces restrictions on receiving water from the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC).

While there weren't many aspects of the society that I particularly liked, there were a few notable positives. The central open space, resembling a peaceful lawn, was one feature that I appreciated. Additionally, the security system in the society was commendable, with gate facilities and CCTV coverage throughout the area. In terms of essential amenities, there was a nearby vegetable shop and a local market, along with several schools and hospitals in the vicinity.Moreover, the society's proper connectivity was a plus point, with minimal traffic in the surrounding area, contributing to a more serene environment.
Things need improvement
According to my experience, I encountered various problems in the society, prompting me to leave. Firstly, the lack of public transport facilities was a major issue. The build quality was poor, particularly evident in the numerous seepage problems throughout the society. Additionally, the quality of doors and fittings was substandard, with termite infestations adding to the issues. The maintenance team seemed unorganized and unable to address these concerns effectively. Garbage disposal facilities were inadequate, and the maintenance charges felt excessive considering the issues present.Furthermore, there were ongoing disputes between different management teams, leading to a lack of accountability and resolution. While there were amenities available such as a swimming pool and gym, they were poorly maintained and lacked proper equipment. The behavior of some residents, including littering from balconies, added to the negative atmosphere. Additionally, the rooms were small, and the crowded rooftop made living in the society increasingly uncomfortable. Ultimately, these issues made it untenable for me to continue residing in that society.

Modern amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids' play area, and gym are available and well-maintained. There is an allocated maintenance team that addresses daily challenges promptly and attentively. Garbage is collected daily, and hygiene and safety are maintained, with surveillance covering all areas and security guards available 24/7. Festivals are celebrated within the society, street lights ensures safety, especially for women during night times. Full power backup facilities, including generators for common areas and inverters for inside houses, are provided by the builder.
Things need improvement
Public transport facilities are not readily available near the society. The railway station is approximately 2 km away. Solar panels are not installed in the society, and maintenance charges are high.

The society enjoys 24-hour water and electricity supply, and the roads outside are of good quality, with no water logging issues during the rainy season. High-security measures, including CCTV surveillance and round-the-clock security staff, ensure safety within the society premises. Overall, the society offers a comfortable and secure living environment with easy access to essential amenities and reliable infrastructure.
Things need improvement
One drawback of the society is the lack of public transport facilities nearby. There are no railway stations, bus services, or metro services in close proximity to the society.
