अच्छी चीज़ें यहाँ हैं
People are friendly and cooperative. cctv and security is there in the society all modern amenities are there in the society. Society is very clean and all residents are friendly and cooperative. good celebration of all festivals.
Things need improvement
Auto rikshaw and other local transport not easily available near to the society, residents need to walk from the society to the main road at least for 10 to 15min for that.

My living experience of that society was overall great .society has good connectivity,great build quality as such never faced leakage seepage issues.24/7 water and electricity supply.
Things need improvement
Everything in the society is up to the mark but for tenant you have to pay extra charges if you want use any of the amenities.

Connectivity of the apartment is great,local transportation available easily.proper garbage disposible system has been adopted.build quality was great,no leakage and seepage issues.
Things need improvement
Issue resolution process can be improve in the society.society should enhance maintaining facilities .everything in the society is perfect.

Amenities of the apartment are top notch and even the Maintenance is top notch,society is very neat clean and environment is just peaceful.rooms were quite spacious.
Things need improvement
Build quality is pathetic,leakage and seepage issues,tiles of the units were cracking.once some part of washrooms columns just fell down in front of us.building was build out of the locality and very much inside from the main road.lots of impartial behaviour towards owner and tenant.

Society is little inside from the main road,so pollution rate inside apartment is zero which is good for senior citizen.
Things need improvement
Connectivity is so bad,till 2 km you have to go by walking to catch local transport.open parking has been provided,around 15 % resident has not got any parking in more than 100 flats.withiin the range of 500 meters no medical,grocery shop available.builder has not delivered promised amenities,kids play area is of 10*10 which is so small for 667 flats.no rules regarding stray dogs enterance.

All the amenities has been provided and very well maintained, society is very neat and clean and the security sytem in the apartment is great.
Things need improvement
Auto and local transport facilties are not easily available at the gate and even though the tenant has to pay extra charges to use gym facilities

If you book olla or uber they are easily gets available in front of the society. water supply is for 24*7. people are cooperative overall atmosphere is friendly. all modern amenities are present and well maintained.
Things need improvement
Local auto and bus stop is not nearby. mall, schools and restaurants are 3-4km away. there are few leakages in the flat.

Maintenece of the apartment was really good ,Rooms were spacious and View from the units was beautiful in the society.Security system was great all the area were under cctv survilance.All the modern amenities were there in the society and fully functional.
Things need improvement
Locality was not at all good in the society like it was inside from the main road in the society.Construction quality was poor like walls were very thin and not at all noice poof and even though seepage issues were there in the society.neighbour were horrible and noicy atmosphere all the time not at all understanding.

Schools are there at walkable distance,attentive managing commitee to resolve issues .safety of the resident is priorities and good security system.All the modern amenities are present in the society in fully fuctional manner.Crowd of the people is good and friendly.
Things need improvement
Poor connectivity like there is no auto stand and bus stand around the society,hospitals are far away from the society.During rainy season there is leakage issues in the bedroom area.tenats are charged extra to use amenities in the society.

Connectivity is really good like,auto cabs are available near by the society.Build quality is great like no leakage aad seepage issues in the apartment.All the modern amenities are there in the society and fully functional for the residents.Allocated parking for owners and visitors.Socialism is quite great as all the festivals are being celebrated in the society.High security system and neat ,clean hygenic atmosphere in the society.
Things need improvement
Power back up connection has been provided in the society for common areas only but still supply of hot water is not regular.

The surrounding roads were good, so traffic was never an issue. The connectivity was also good, and there was a nearby market, so getting groceries was convenient. the society had all the amenities, which were functional and well-maintained. There was power backup, and cleanliness was maintained.
Things need improvement
The construction quality was terrible, with issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster peeling off. The Resident Welfare Association (RWA) group wasn't active, causing problems for many residents

Society has good connectivity and it is easily connected with highway there is no traffic issues in the society.All the festivals are being celebrated in the society.It is quite and calm place to live.24/7 water and electricity supply is available in the society.maintenance charges are reasonable.
Things need improvement
There are lots of problem in the society fisrt of all is quality of the construction is so poor and not noice proof and audio of the neighbours is clearly audioble and disturbing.there are lots bacholers in the apartment.maintenance is poor as none of the amenities are functional gym is not well eqquiped.There is problem regarding stray dogs.Tenants are charged extra 8000 rs while shifting as somebody third party is there with team who forces tenants to pay this amount before shifting.

Auto rickshaws and buses are readily available near the society. There is ample parking space, including provisions for visitors. The water supply is continuous, available 24/7. The society is well-maintained and clean, and the lifts are regularly serviced.
Things need improvement
The resolution of issues in the society may take some time. Construction work is currently underway on the roads outside the society, which are yet to be completed.
