The public transport are available like autos and rikshaw outside in the soceity , CCTV and lift worked properly in the society , the people was very nice in the society
Things need improvement
All amenities are there in the society like gym, clubhouse , swimming pool but there was a basketball court that need improvement in the society

I lived there for one year. During my stay, the society was calm, and maintenance was well taken care of. The housekeeping staff was very good and helpful. Although there were amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym, we didn't use them. There were no issues with seepage or leakage. Autos and rickshaws were available. Neighbors were cooperative and good. Perhaps because I was new to them, they were very nice to me, and people used to help me as I was a foreigner.
Things need improvement
I encountered no problems, and there was nothing about the society that I disliked. The society was exceptional, with all positive aspects.

Transportation connectivity is good, with the main road located 100 meters away, connected to a highway. Hygiene is well-maintained. Electricians and plumbers are provided, and exterior paintings are done on time. Amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are present and well-maintained. Lifts and CCTVs are installed, and residents are cooperative and friendly, often celebrating together.
Things need improvement
Maintenance is not great, it's average. Issues include water hygiene in washrooms due to recycled water usage, damaged tiles, seepage, and drainage problems in most flat washrooms. Additionally, there are frequent pipe leaks.

Basic amenities of the society were available like swimming pool, club, gym, parks and connectivity was also good.
Things need improvement
Maintenance services were available but the work was not done properly, and dirty sewer water used to come into the taps of the flats 2 days a week.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. Roads quality is good outside the society, there are no major traffic issues faced outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Maintainance charges are okay. Basement parking space is available. constructuion quality is good in the buuildings, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the buildings. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
Metro connectivity is not available from the society. The society needs to be more beautified.

Connectivity of the society is good, can are easily available. Mantainance is good, Security systems and elevators work very well. No seepage issues. Construction material is very well used. Gum, swimming pool and club house are basic ammenities and they are available. Festivals are celebrated well though we are not connected with people well.
Things need improvement
Metro is just far away and mantainance is something which can be worked on. Rest of the things seem fine to me in the society.

This society boasts good amenities and is conveniently located on the main highway. The flat sizes are generous, offering excellent ventilation. However, the limited delivery options nearby could be an inconvenience. The future prospects seem promising, especially with the upcoming launch of a mall in the area. The closest market is in Sector 1, Manesar.

Getting around in that area is so convenient with buses, cabs, and auto rickshaws available whenever you need them! And it's even better knowing there's a pool and clubhouse nearby for relaxation and socializing. It sounds like a great place to live.
Things need improvement
The big area makes people stay to themselves. Even though they're smart, they don't talk to each other much because the place is so big. It feels lonely sometimes.

The flat is very spacious, with generously sized rooms. The building boasts high-quality lifts and solid construction. We rarely experience power cuts, thanks to the reliable 24x7 electricity and water supply. The maintenance bills are reasonable. Metro facilities nearby add to the convenience. The society features well-maintained gardens for recreation and walking. Surrounding roads are also well-kept. Access to shops and restaurants nearby is convenient.
Things need improvement
The gardens are poorly maintained, and there's no swimming pool or well-equipped gym in the building. The club facilities are also lacking, and seepage issues persist. Additionally, the building suffers from poor quality plaster and fittings. Traffic congestion nearby is a frequent problem, and noise from barking dogs can be disruptive at night. Security guards sometimes neglect their duties, and there's insufficient greenery. Public transport options are inadequate, and parking spaces are small. Privacy concerns exist within the building flats, and the dull, cheap-looking tiles are another drawback.

The society is a wonderful place to stay in, as the resident mentioned. All the amenities are available. Swimming pool is clean and functional. The people of the society are really helpful and
Things need improvement
The Metro Station is really far away from the premises of the society. It becomes problemetic for the residents as they have to book a cab for reaching the metro stations.
