extremely poor construction quality..already in structure audit...anytime it can be demolished or ordered to vacate...brokers still inflated its price by almost double of the price it deserve...

The most loved factor of this estate that the society of this project is so calm and airy. The place is so relaxed for meditation and yoga as well. I used to meditate here every morning. The vast area of jogging and walking track is here. My husband has heart issues and he walks every day here. It has basketball, badminton courts exist here. My kid used to play basketball here. The inhabitants are so friendly and helpful over any emergency.

I have been living here with my family also. Honestly, the surroundings are so relaxed and soothing as well. For that reason, my husband can continue his work and my son too can carry on his studies from here easily. This residence also has an adequate wifi connection for continuing works very comfortably. Here are some other facilities such as schools, hospitals, shops for essential goods are at very few lengths. So these are the major factors of boosting this area vastly.

Some negative factors that are important to note are that there is no metro station nearby. The Metro station at Huda City centre is 15km far from my place. That's why we have to depend on the bus to go to our destinations. The bus stop is too 4 km far from our place. Sometimes major traffic issues happen on the highway and people face a lot of problems. The absence of steetlights in this area create major issues also. Unscientific waste burning and improper waste management create health problems of the dwellers.
