The rooms are so airy and they provide the best infrastructure till now. This residence also has an adequate wifi connection for continuing works very comfortably. I have been staying here for over a month now, and I like it. Life is good there specially if you are a sports enthusiast. It is one of the best places in Bangalore in terms of amenities. It is very good for IT people as major MNC companies are here

The Prestige Shantiniketan apartments have been built to show genuine beauty, perfection and comfort. It’s constructed with laminated wooden flooring for Living, Dining, all Bedrooms, and Vitrified tiles for Kitchen. Lifts are of suitable capacity for each block and one service lift too.

I bought the flat for my wife who loves to reside here and go to work without any travelling issue. It is the best project in a good location for families. This is the good investment we have done. All facilities like schools, banks, markets are available nearby.

It’s been more than a year since I have moved to Prestige Shantiniketan. It’s really a constructed very well. But lifts are not maintained that often. Some might breakdown once in a while. Not a big issue since each tower has got 3 lifts.

Prestige Shantiniketan has spacious balconies and well-fitted bathrooms ensure a ventilated environment in these configurations. Advanced security system is also installed in the project. It has best in class amenities by the developer. I really love being here

I moved out of this society. Within the community, there is a food court, salon, and market. In front of Prestige Shantiniketan Manipal Hospital is located, and also a few schools are situated nearby. There is a 24/7 water supply for everyone, and excellent construction quality ensures no leakage problems. Amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, pool, play area, and open spaces are available. Additionally, there are good security systems in place for everyone.
Things need improvement
There is no nearby metro station in the vicinity of the society, making it challenging to commute quickly using public transportation.
