Good things here
Maintenance quality of the society is excellent. Hygiene and cleanliness are properly maintained. It is considered as one of the cleanest society in gurgaon. Construction quality is also good with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available in the society premises. Residents are decent and celebrate all festivals together.
Things need improvement
Transportation connectivity near the society is not upto the mark. The linkage of routes nearby is an issue.

Good things here
There were many malls nearby the society, along with a nearby metro station, enhancing connectivity. Local transport facilities were easily accessible, and grocery and essential shops were conveniently located around the society. Maintenance services were commendable, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene were maintained. Parking availability was sufficient, and the quality of construction met expectations, with no concerns of leakage or seepage. All amenities such as swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, and gym were available and well-maintained. The residents were cooperative, helpful, and celebrated all festivals together in the society.
Things need improvement
As far as my experience goes, I haven't encountered any issues in that society. However, one aspect I would like to highlight is the need for improved transparency between the management and the residents.

Good things here
Cabs are easly available. Society is well maintianed. It is cleaned properly. CCTV and Lifts are installed. If there are any issues they are timely resoled. There is no issue of water seepage or dampness or water logging during rain. Amenities like club house, gym and pool are there in the society and they are well maintained.
Things need improvement
Autos and rickshaws are not available. Market area is there but the society is a little secluded from the market.

Public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very good. There are bearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, restaurants available around the society The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. CCTV cameras are installed and it works properly all over the society. Lifts work properly. Water supply and electricity are available for 24*7 in the society. The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. Garbage collections are done on time. seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. The construction quality of the buildings is good Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative, festivals are celebrated together. The issues are resolved timely in the society. No traffic issues are not faced. Water logging issues are not faced at all. Basement parking is available. Security system is very good in the society. Security guards are available in the society.
Things need improvement
I don't face any issues in the society, everuthing is good about this society, timely maintainance and resolving the issues everything are done on time. There is no improvements required in the society.

There is no drainage problem in society. No seepage problem in society. Society people are good and helping. Society space is so big no conjusted buildings there.

Good things here
She said mein pehle rehti thi Ireo uptown society mein. Cleanliness accha rehta tha. Ek general store tha society mein for basic needs. Lifts theek se chalta tha. No seepage issues were there in our flat, balcony was there, so construction quality was fine. Amenities like gym, swimming pool & clubhouse all were there & operational. Society bohot safe hai even in nights.
Things need improvement
Restaurant, mall yeh sab door tha society se. School , colleges were also very far from society. Electricity backup charges bohot zyada the. Kuch log dogs ke sath atyachar karte the, unko lifts mein jaane nahi dete the.

Good things here
We shifted from there 4 years back.It was a nice society, no issues were faces as such.Mantainance issue was not there. Seelan issue was in other houses but my house was not having as such issue. Gym, club house were mantained.
Things need improvement
Roads connectivity was issue as it was a pocket issue. Now we dont stay there so it does not matter.

The society is very good There are other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house which are available and accessible in the society. There are no constructions issues, there are no seapage, leakage, fall offs and termite issues faced in the society. Plaster quality used in the society are of good quality. There are no water logging issues that are faced during rainy season. The water supply of the society is very good. The society have got good power backups during power cuts. The society is very safe for girls at night also.
Things need improvement
The main road is a bit far from the society, public transportations are not available easily outside the society. There are some issues like pigeons problem is faced inside the society and they make it dirty.

Good things here
Inside the society, everything is really nice; the green areas are beautiful. We have no complaints about the water supply, So far, we haven't had any issues with seepage or termites here. We also have amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse. There's an open space for children to play in the society as well. The people are friendly here.
Things need improvement
The metro station is quite far from the society, and public transportation options are not good at all. Also, the apartment units in the society are very small.

The society is very peacefull and safe to live in there is a market inside the society for all the necessary items school and hospital is at the radius of 3 to 4 km.
Things need improvement
The only drawback of the society is that no public transport is avaliable around the society you have to book cab if you wanna go somewhere.

Good things here
The building quality was great during the time I lived there; there were no issues with leakage or seepage. The rooms were well-designed, with proper ventilation ensured. Cleanliness was maintained well, with garbage collected on time and regular mopping and sweeping done. All festivals were celebrated in the society, and there was a continuous supply of water and electricity.
Things need improvement
The roads were narrow, leading to traffic issues, and school buses couldn't reach the entrance. Maintenance was poor, and the swimming pool had been non-functional for a long time. There were frequent power cuts, and the power backup was also unavailable. Visitor parking was limited to four spots per building, which was inconvenient for guests.

The amenities are very good,there is a huge clubhouse for indoor and outdoor games,a huge swimming pool,the gym is also good.there is well maintained parking for the society.the building construction quality is good.painting is done on time.

I absolutely love the serene and peaceful environment of the society! The well-maintained greenery, proper power and water supply, and amenities like the gym and swimming pool make living here a delightful experience. The elevated road connecting to the main road ensures easy access despite the narrow streets outside. Overall, a beautiful and tranquil neighborhood to call home.
Things need improvement
While the society offers a picturesque and peaceful living environment, there are some significant drawbacks. The issue with seepage and termite infestation is concerning, especially with the aging infrastructure and old wooden flooring. Additionally, the sudden spike in rental prices, almost doubling in a short span, is disappointing and burdensome for residents. Addressing these maintenance and pricing issues would greatly improve the overall experience of living in the neighborhood.

All the facilities are present in the society such as garden, library, gym and playground. Fire exits are available in case of emergencies. CCTV and lifts are properly installed in the premises of the society. Garbage collection and disposal is appropriate. Neighbours are cooperative.
Things need improvement
Metro station is not available nearby the society and it becomes really problematic for the residents. Cabs frequently gets cancelled in the area so the people are facing major issue in booking cabs like Uber and Olas. The roads in front of the society are broken and no steps have been taken by the authority for its repair.
