Society is very much clean and hygienic. all modern amenities are present and all are well maintained too. security is efficient intercom being used for security purpose. people are friendly and cooperative here. roads Infront of the society are wide. building have balconies. market is very nearby. water supply is 24*7.
Things need improvement
Here in this area autos and local transportation buses are not allowed by BMC. sometimes there is leakage and seepage issue in flats mainly in monsoon season. sometimes traffic jam happens on main roads. no use of apps for security purpose. Maintenance chargers are little higher.

Transportation connectivity is quite satisfactory with easy availability of public transport options. Market areas are available nearby. Maintenance was taken care of with proper cleaning, CCTVs and Elevators are installed. Construction quality is also satisfactory with no seepage and leakage issues. No water logging issues. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well maintained. The neighborhood is friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
The society provides all basic amenities, which are required for living peacefully, so no dislike could be identified.

connectivity is good around the society, public transports like auto, buses, rikshaws, cabs are easily available outside the society. nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, available around the society. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Maintainance charges are comparitively okay. Parking space is available. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Proper maintainance is done. The construction quality is quite better than other societies, seepage leakage issues does not happen in my appartment.
Things need improvement
Metro is far from the society. There are no nearby meetro stations available. traffic issues are faced around the society.

Upcoming residential complexes will provide a good lifestyle and peace of mind. It is a very nice place for people to live peacefully and the slum areas are less on average. This area is very developed. Get support and impeccable service from the support staff in everything you do. This is the best deal. They make you feel like a typical resident of the city. No one else gives that feeling.

It's best society when it comes to convenience. There are stores and daily needs available easily. Food services and delivery services along with the pick up and ride like ola and uber are comfortably mobile. All the amenities I wanted, Construction quality wise, they have excelled. Maintenance and service are at par with top hotels as I can testify myself. Neighborhood is ultra-posh and safe with the best amenities. Commuting to work is easy with the wide thoroughfares. Basically this is the best way to live in Noida.

Public transport is always available here. Ola & many types of cap facilities are in our fingertips. Roads are very clean & clear. At night the place became very beautiful due to lighting.! Everything that you want you get at this project. Construction quality and interior is fabulous since that is one word I can use here. Everything in this locality is top class from wide roads and safety levels to mobile tower networks and social infrastructure.

There is a grocery shop for the residents. Other services can be accessed easily. The tower comes with lifts, car parking, security, and CCTV surveillance.

The developer has planned it well. There are ample space for sports courts and playing areas. I am away from the chaos outside and enjoying the freshness every day.

The view of the apartment will soon become better as the construction in front of it will end. The apartment is nice in terms of floor plan and space.

The internal maintenance of the project is good. The staff takes care of the issues fast when reported. This is a good project I will recommend to all who want to settle down here.

This is so far the ideal project I have seen. I am going to book an apartment here once the developer shows me a sample unit.
