Construction quality is very bad.There are soo many leakage and seepage issues.Lift maintaining is not good. Maintainance charges are increases.

In our society, the maintenance charges are exorbitant, posing a financial burden on residents. Furthermore, the community atmosphere is lacking in friendliness and cooperation. Essential facilities are located outside the society, approximately 1 kilometer away, causing inconvenience for residents. Pollution in the vicinity detracts from the quality of life. Additionally, frequent power cuts further disrupt daily life.

Connectivity is good, with amenities easily accessible within a 5 to 10-minute travel distance. The surroundings are consistently clean, and most flats have good ventilation. Amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, children's play area, and parking options are available.
Things need improvement
In this society, residents are facing multiple problems with electricity backups. Elevators are not maintained well, and it takes days to fix the complaints. Seepage problems are frequent due to older constructions. Additionally, the swimming pool water is always dirty because of poor maintenance.

The construction quality in our society leaves much to be desired, as evidenced by numerous instances of seepage in both bathrooms and bedrooms. These leaks are widespread, affecting multiple blocks totaling 5-6 within the community. It's worth noting that Apollo Hospital is quite distant from the society, situated approximately 3-4 kilometers away.

The metro station is situated approximately 5 kilometers away from the society, requiring residents to travel a bit further for efficient metro connectivity. Though Autos are available but get a hold of them becomes difficult sometimes.

The neighbors are exceptionally friendly and cooperative, fostering a strong sense of community. Moreover, amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are well-maintained, adding to the overall quality of life within the society.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, the society lacks any organized events or celebrations. Additionally, the distance to the railway station, approximately 3 kilometers away, poses a significant inconvenience for residents. Moreover, there's a noticeable absence of greenery within the society, detracting from the overall ambiance.

Roads have street lights, clean and hygienic because of regular maintenance and supportive management. Almost everything necessary for day-to-day needs is available right inside the premises within a walking distance that hardly takes 10 to 15 minutes. The well-developed parks, gym, shops, and other facilities make it convenient for the residents to live a comfortable life with complete security ensured by the security guards. Flats here are spacious and look great because of the latest designs and good material used to build them.

Furthermore, there are parks, a gym, jogging tracks, and open areas for kids to play and remain healthy. Video surveillance cameras and security guards ensure that you and your family always remain safe, even at night. There are many more pros of these projects like there is a nice clubhouse, gym, and open area with ample parking space which is in abundance and the visitors find it convenient to park their vehicles. The best thing I like about this project is the lush greenery and well-maintained parks. Connectivity is too good as the nearest metro station is reachable within 10 minutes. The shopping mall, Bus stop, Bank, school, college, and Hospital, are available.

There are plenty of transport options like bus, auto, and cabs. The market is nearby where you can buy anything. It is a project where streets are well maintained and very clean. It is ok to roam around inside the premises as night safety is good. The Malls, PVR, Clubs, Restaurants, and other amenities are nearby almost all types of cabs like Ola, Uber reach this place on time as there is no connectivity issue or traffic problem.
