Auto and buses was asily available. shoppling malls and restorebts were nearby. all moden amenities were presnt and properly maintained which is plus point of the society. balcony is also there to each flats. people were very good. security was great. never had any seepage or leakeage issue.
Things need improvement
Malls ke vajahase traffic jam ka bohot issue hai. local market pass me nhi hai. BMC ka pani nhi ata tha to hume pani ke liye extra pay krna padata tha. society ke bahar ke cannel ke vajaha se bohot smell aati thi. metro station and railway station ke liye rikshaw se jana padata hai pass me nhi hai.

The community features a well-maintained club, a spacious playground, and an advanced gym facility. It's surrounded by lush greenery, and there's convenient access to good public transport, with a metro station located just 400 meters away.
Things need improvement
It is too far away from the main entrance. On the top of it, Thereu2019s just 1 shuttle car available for the transport inside the building. Also, The neighborhood is not too friendly as they should be.,

The building is exceptionally well-managed and designed, giving it a fantastic appearance. With numerous gardens, the surroundings are lush and green, contributing to a beautiful atmosphere. The maintenance of the building is also excellent.
Things need improvement
There are challenges with waste management and parking in the area, and having your own paid parking space can be a solution to the latter issue.

This building is well-managed and thoughtfully designed, creating a great living environment. There are many gardens within the building, adding to its lush greenery. The maintenance is excellent.

Located in the thriving location near Dark expressway, it is well-connected with the city. Public transport is accessible hassle-free. Construction quality is good
Things need improvement
Doesn't have basic amenities like gym, Security is also suboptimal with only 2 local guards who do not scrutinize people entering the apartment

Zara Harass is affordable housing. There are a lot of green area, construction quality is good considering the money they have charged. The local market serves all requirement. There is a shop located inside the project premises
Things need improvement
Parking is a major issue. Although there is good open area. Even't seen seepage or any other construction related defect.

The society offers an abundance of amenities, including three large swimming pools, a gym, and a spacious cinema hall. What's impressive is that the cost of the flats is also very reasonable.
Things need improvement
The apartment is quite a distance from the main entrance, and to add to that, there's only one shuttle car available for transportation within the building. Additionally, the neighborhood isn't as friendly as one would hope for.

The society is located near Delhi Gurgaon Border. Once the expressway is built, access to major part of Delhi NCR would be possible. It is a good society with small sports ground, the railway station is accessible via the new sector road.
Things need improvement
Parking space is a problem. Water logging becomes issue during rainy season. The construction quality is not good. The maintenance staff is horrible. Away from the new Gurgaon IT hubs

It has a small play kids area for children. Many new projects upcoming high rises in nearby locations. The Security is okay.
Things need improvement
The Railway station is far. The construction quality is not good, seepage issues started after 2 years of moving into the society. The Amenities are not maintained properly like swimming pool. Cleanliness is also a challenge here. The maintenance staff is not proactive and takes a lot of effort to get things done.

I'm impressed by Wadhwa The Address! The project's thoughtful design ensured ample space and natural light in my home. The cycling track and tree plantations were refreshing, and the location's connectivity made commuting hassle-free!
