अच्छी चीज़ें यहाँ हैं
Connectivity is really great as auto and cabs are easily available and local market is there near by the society.All the modern amenities are available in the society like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area etc and everything is functional.People over here are really good and coperative.
Things need improvement
Build quality is pathatic as there are many issues regarding construction i the society.metro and railway station is not near by the society.maintenace facilties are poor needs lots of improvement.

Maintenance is well managed, ensuring cleanliness, and timely building painting. The society boasts amenities like a gym, clubhouse, library, and pools. There's also an open space for kids to play. The residents are generally friendly.
Things need improvement
It takes about 20 minutes to reach the metro, whether it's Mohan Nagar, Vaishali, or Electronic City. a downside is that they used to have parties every week, causing noise pollution due to DJs and loud music. The frequent noisy parties, somewhat impacted the otherwise pleasant experience.

Good society . too many sports facilities. Need family or girls tenant. 2 stilt parking are available to use. Fully furnished.
Things need improvement
na.. all good. This is very best society with good environment and connectivity. great for family etc.

Local Transports is available, maintenance is excellent, and there are no issues with water logging or water supply. The construction is very good, and I haven't faced any problems like leaks or falling plaster. There are three play grounds, a gym, a basketball court, a badminton court, and a lawn tennis court. The people here are like a family, and they are amazing.
Things need improvement
The older towers face problems like seepage and leakage, but the newly constructed ones are in good condition. There are no issues in those, and the area is pleasant and spacious. This is because they were built by a different builder.

Metro is available nearby. Cabs and other local transport facilities are there. Cleanliness is great. CCTV Cameras and lifts are installed. People are friendly.
Things need improvement
The society does not have any problem as per now. All the facilities are there and the resident is not facing any issue.

the residency has a large with all facilities like gym, library, yoga room, conference room, banquet hall , foosball table. The staff including the guards are also very helpful and friendly. It also has a badminton court and a landscaped garden.

The society also is home to a restaurant which caters only to the residents. the society is well managed by a capable group of vigilant guards who follow strict rule and are always alert and do not allow any outsiders to come into the society without proper documentation.

The residency located on the end of indirapuram is easily accessible to residents traveling by the Delhi-Meerut expressway or NH 24. very peaceful and calm, spacious and has all the amenities that residents look for in a society like a community hall, a swimming pool, a gym etc.

The society is very large in size. The apartments are very spacious, The construction quality is very good and sound. The towers are clean even the lobby of each floor is well maintained and regularly clean. . There is a reception area in every tower and is equipped with waiting room.

Well-connected with Noida and Delhi through Delhi-Meerut Expressway, Mohan Nagar Link Road and Vishwakarma Road. Anand Vihar Inter State Bus Terminus (ISBT) and Anand Vihar Railway Station, reachable within half an hour from Indirapuram.
