Local transportation ki buses society ke pass se mil jati thi. Society me gym and swimming pool available tha. leakage ya bad waterproofing aisa kuch bhi construction related issue kbhi face nhi hua.
Things need improvement
Auto ki connectivity bohot khrab thi, agar mushkil se koi auto mil bhi jaye toh vo jada charge krte the. Society me spa and tennis court available nhi tha. Pine ke pani ki quality bohot khrab thi. Roads bohot narrow the.

अच्छी चीज़ें यहाँ हैं
Landlords were very helpful and understanding like he was senior citizen but still within 15 days he used to come if to ask about updates.All the amenities were there in the society like pool gym and kids play area lots of open space was also there in the society.Location was good ,auto cabs were easy to approach near by the society.High security system in the society like all the areas were under cctv survilance.Society is centrally located so withing the range of 1 km you will get everything like groccery,local market,essentials.Airport was just 1.5 km away from the society.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is not that great like there were leakage and seepage issues in the apartment.gym area in the society was too small

अच्छी चीज़ें यहाँ हैं
High security system has been provided.all the amenities are very well maintained.connectivuty is big plus,auto cabs available easily,schools hopitals are near by the society.all the festivals are being celebrated all together.good socialism.

Construction quality is not that great,leakage and seepage issues are there in the units.

Stray dogs were not allowed to enter the society.connectivity was top notch.power back up facilities has been provided.

24/7 electricity supply and water supply.all the festivals are being celebrated all together,good socialism.connectivity of the apartment is good local transport faciilities available easily.
Things need improvement
Society does not provided power back up facilities like solar panel and generator.

Amenities were the plus point in the soicety,club house ,gym area,kids park.swimming pool everything was provided.
Things need improvement
Tenant has pay extra to use amenities.only 2 bhk flat owner has got allocated parking though outside the apartment there is good space to park vehicles.some of the units were facing seepage issues.

Every festival were used to celebrate there in the society.resident of the society were quite friendly and helpful nature.connectivity of the apartment is good.
Things need improvement
Maintainance system was zero like common area were very much dirty .very unhygenic maintainance.leakage and seepage issues were there. managing commitee has zero transperancy with resident,tenant was not allowed in the commitee meetings.there was nothing in the club house.societies lights are very dim.

Society was very well maintained,apartments were neat and clean,security system was great.amenities were very well maintained.connectivity was great.tenant were allowed to use all the facilities with extra charges.

Visitors parking was not alloted specifically inside the campus,though there was lots of space out side the campus to park

Ambiance of the society is quite good.conectivity is great local transport easily available .maintainance of the apartment was good.power backup facilities were provided to whole society.high security system.overall the society living experience in the society is great.
Things need improvement
There were some minor blockage issues in the apartment.power back up charges were taken from the resident which was included in maintainace.

Airport is just 4km away from the society.All cosmo people are living in the society.atmosphere of the society is very calm and peaceful.security and women safety inside the apartment is top notch.
Things need improvement
There is no shops on airport road and it is not safe for women to go outside during nigh time.this society is not connecting with main road.there is no club house in the society,only gym and kids park has been provided.
