Things need improvement
As one of the initial residents, I faced initial power outage issues, but they have been resolved. However, the metro connectivity is far from the society, so commuters should consider this factor. Road conditions are currently poor, but there's ongoing work to improve them. Those commuting to Gurugram daily should also consider the toll expenses.

Conveniently located near the railway station, upcoming ISBT, and just 30 km from the airport. Excellent connectivity with Dwarka Expressway and KMT just 15 minutes away. Close proximity to hospitals, schools, and shopping centers.
Things need improvement
Currently, there's no metro line available, but it's being addressed in the new planning phase. The approach road from KMT expressway needs repairs.

Being an army society, it is well-maintained and boasts a respectable community. With future plans for connectivity through an expressway and a nearby metro station, the society is set to thrive. Overall, it's an excellent place to live.
Things need improvement
Some roads in the area are still undergoing construction, resulting in partial metalling. Additionally, street lighting on these roads requires improvement.

Perfectly located at the intersection of Son Road and Golf Course Extension Road, the society offers a large park and spacious apartments. The community is fantastic, and the in-house restaurant, Park Diner, is amazing. Polite and efficient maintenance staff adds to the positive experience.
Things need improvement
There aren't many issues, perhaps a slight touch-up needed for the elevators. Additionally, having a water softening central plant would be a great addition if implemented.

The unique aspect of having all residents from an army background fosters an active and friendly community atmosphere, with enjoyable group walks. Having moved into a 4 BHK apartment in 2020, the construction quality is notably excellent.
Things need improvement
The society faces challenges with shops being distant, and the sector is not yet fully developed, with ongoing construction causing noise and dust. During monsoons, waterlogging on roads becomes problematic within the society. The limited operating hours of shops are also noted, but there is optimism that as more residents move in, improvements can be expected.

Special attention has been given to Vast guidelines, with luxurious features like wooden flooring in the master bedroom and dedicated wardrobe space adjacent to the bathroom. Nearby, vendor shops provide fresh vegetables, Yaduvanshi school is conveniently located, and attractions like the badminton academy, malls, and cinema halls add to the convenience of the area.
Things need improvement
As one of the initial residents, I faced power outage issues initially, but they have since been resolved. However, it's essential to note that metro connectivity is quite distant from the society, which might be a consideration for those relying on metro commuting. The current condition of the roads is subpar, but ongoing work aims to make new roads and enhance existing ones. For daily travel to Guru gram, the toll charges should also be taken into account.
