One of the best location to live in Noida, Fully registered society, 3 sides open green area with Cricket and Other Sports Club View, Mivan Technology, Medium density apartments (only 4 flats with 2 lifts per floor, Total Floor = G + 17, Total No. of Towers = 8), Managed by AoA, No vehicular movement at Ground level - Security for kids & elders), 100% covered parking, Multi point electricity connection etc. are few positives.

Panchsheel Pratishtha is a good society with good surroundings. It has a clean environment as well.

I had high expectation from project. Did not completely fulfill them. Problem with power supply although backup is there, maintenance problem remains and no network sometimes which may pose issue for those working from home. Location is good but public transportation not much available. Major highways nearby along with schools, hospitals and supermarkets. The area is huge and another good thing is that property price has appreciated here. So all in all I am satisfied but some issues still need ironing out. Safety-wise you will face no problems.

I am liking Panchsheel pratishtha for some specific reason- area is safe, project has 100% power backup which is needed since electricity keeps coming and other roads, lots of open space and natural beauty and excellent amenities and more. However, maintenance is an issue and so is network connectivity. Last aspect poses difficulty with working from home at times. Public transport is not always available although social infrastructure and petrol pump is there in vicinity. You basically need a car to survive and flourish here.

If you are looking for the best amenities, then this project is for you but I must say in advance that there are some issues. No project is perfect- this one will give you some issue like poor mobile tower, electricity supply issue, maintenance hassle, waterlogging in monsoon and low public transport after peak hour. But look at positives- you have three highways nearby along with schools, hospitals and petrol pumps. It has a huge list of facilities and overall ambiance is nice.

Panchsheel pratishtha is a project that initially seems just perfect. I mean it is a self-sustaining ecosystem. The project offers Apartment with perfect combination of contemporary architecture and features to provide comfortable living... Electricity comes and goes but thank god backup is there. Mobile tower is an issue and so is maintenance. Huge area and overall massive open spaces that residents will enjoy. Overall safety level of neighborhood is pretty good but some waterlogging is there in the monsoon. Lots of natural beauty to appreciate for residents.

Panchsheel pratishtha has offered a mixed aspect to buyers. This is a reputed developer and they have lived up to reputation. Location is very good in Noida although if you are working from home like I am, then you will face issue with mobile network. Connectivity is fluctuating. It’s a huge campus with lots of space and you may get lost initially! Electricity does come and go and public transport is hard to get since it is still developing area. But lots of natural beauty that you can admire. Maintenance has to be better though.
