The things i like about this place consists of the quality of roads that are well maintained, contributing to smooth traffic flow. However, like any urban area, traffic congestion can occur during peak hours, particularly on main roads such as Golf Course Road and NH48. During rainy seasons, there may be some clogging issues on roads due to drainage challenges, but efforts are usually made to address them promptly. Whereas, Ambience Caitriona is known for its high standards of maintenance and cleanliness. The society is well-maintained with manicured landscapes, clean common areas, and efficient garbage disposal systems in place. Residents typically adhere to cleanliness guidelines, contributing to a clean and hygienic living environment. The residents here are generally considered to be decent and enthusiastic individuals who value a premium living experience. There is a sense of community among residents, with opportunities for social interaction and engagement through various activities and events organised within the society. It is built with top-quality materials craftsmanship, reflecting its status as a luxury residential complex. The price of each flat is quite high in comparison to the space and facilities provided. Also, the location is quite interior. The bus stand is far away. Also, the construction work is going on at a brisk pace.

The developer has made sure that all the fixtures in the room are modern and spacious enough to design the interior. Hospitals, schools, recreation areas, and others are nearby. Monsoon water harvesting is also temporary, hope they will work on it.
