अच्छी चीज़ें यहाँ हैं
Vaishali metro was 500km away, We get easily Uber, Auto when i was living there, Society was on main road. There was genartor for powerbackup, My flat was renovatede and construction differ in flats. Gym Clubhouse swimming pool and parking was there, small open space in front of the society but not proper space for kids. People were just okay okay only in event they used to participate like Chhat Puja.
Things need improvement
Lift was not service time to time, Society has 2lifts, only 1lift was maintained. 1Lift used to cause many problem as it was not working most of the time.

Pulic transports are easy to find. Maintenance and Cleanliness is managed well. All the amenities are there in the society and it is functioned well, People are good with each other.
Things need improvement
There is a little issue of seepage and leakage issues are there in the individual houses and building of the society.

The autos and rikshaw are available ouside the society, the shops are nearby the society, the cctv, lift all are there in the society the water supply is quit good in the society, all anemities are there in the society like gym,clubhouse,swimming pool .
Things need improvement
There used to be a problem with the ceiling and water seepage, but it's been fixed now. I can't think of anything I'd like to change in the society.

location bohot hi badiya hai. society clean and hygenic hai. sab facilities milta hai.
Things need improvement
amenitis like swiming pool , club house, play ground , gym kuchh bhi nhi hai , connectivity thoda problem hai.

The society boasts convenient connectivity with public transport options like autos, buses, and cabs readily available nearby, along with a metro station in close proximity. Essential amenities such as markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, and restaurants are all within easy reach. Traffic around the society is manageable, thanks to well-maintained roads. Hygiene standards are upheld with regular garbage collection and pest control measures in place. Additionally, the society offers basement parking, balconies, a reliable security system with guards and CCTV surveillance, as well as open spaces and walking tracks for recreation. Moreover, the friendly and cooperative community adds to the overall appeal of living in the society.
Things need improvement
Due to the age of the building, seepage and leakage issues are common within the society. With the building being around 17 to 18 years old, the construction quality is considered average. While amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available, they are not properly functional at present.

Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory as metro is available right outside the society and autos and cabs are also easily accessible. Maintenance quality was good with Water and electricity supply. There were no seepage and leakage issues. There were no water logging related problems. Amenities like gym, park swimming pool and clubhouse are available in the society. CCTVs were installed. The people living nearby were decent.
Things need improvement
Amenities existed but they were not in the condition to be used. The clubhouse and gym must be improved.
