अच्छी चीज़ें यहाँ हैं
Hamare paas toh apni car thi, toh hamare liye toh connectivity acchi thi, isliye humein toh lublic transport ki zarurat nahi padhi. Amenities like gym, swimming pool & clubhouse all were there in society. He said, hum log 3 saal rahein humein as such kuch issues nahi hue sab accha tha waha society mein.
Things need improvement
He did not highlighted any drawbacks of the society. he said everything was well & we did not faced any issued in our 3 years of living there.

The connectivity of the society is good. Society maintainance & cleanliness is also a plus point

No metro station is available nearby in the society Facilities was also average like clubhouse and swimming pool

We've got awesome amenities – gym, swimming pool, and even a restaurant right here in the society. The building is in good shape, and the area is outstanding with shopping complexes and medical facilities nearby.
Things need improvement
The society is generally well maintained, but honestly, the cleanliness could be better – there's room for improvement.

The maintenance was really good, if any issue raised it was resolved as soon as possible by the mangement the construction quality was also good and all the necessary amenities are avaliable
Things need improvement
No issue as such but thing could be much better as that time construction was on going so it was a bit messy at that time

Cabs like ola,uber,rapido and auto is easily available. Maintenance team is also good. People in the society are nice we celebrate festivals and functions together.
Things need improvement
Railway station is far away from the society we have to travel 30 minutes for ghaziabad and new delhi ,and for metro i have to travel extra 20 minutes.

Connectivity accha hai society ki, public transport mil jata hai. Power back up toh hai society mein.
Things need improvement
Gym , swimming pool sab ko use karne ke liye uske alag se charges dene padhta hain. Woh sab maintenance mein included nahi hain.
