The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbages collection is done on time. Water supply is good in the society. No such electricity issues are faced in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society. Other facilities like swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Lift is avilable and maintained properly. CCTV is available in the society. Parking sppace is avilable for all residents inside the society.
Things need improvement
Drainage system is not good in the society, water logging issues are faced specially during rainy season.

He said I have left that society. Society accha tha woh, he said. Connectivity ke maamle mein badiya hai, auto, buses, cabs sab easily milta hai. Metro bhi nazdeek hai. Buses toh doorstep pe hai. 2 elevators hain , wo ek dum badiya chalti hai. Well maintained Gym & clubhouse hai society mein. Cultural events hote hain society mein.
Things need improvement
There is no malls near the society. Construction quality theek hai, lekin design, pattern aur accha ho sakta tha. No balconies are there in flats of the society. There is no swimming pool either in the society.

It is a popular project located in Dahisar, Andheri Mumbai. The location is excellent as it connects Western express Highway, railway stations, metro stations, bus stations, airports and a lot more. Reputed schools, colleges, hospitals, clinics, shopping malls, ATMs are in close proximity too. The apartments provided a spaciously planned with the choice of cosy features. The residential complex is huge and also RERA registered. I really love it here.
