This society has best connectivity like auto cabs were easily available near by the society,restaurants were near by the society,there were no traffic and water logging issues around the society.Spacious parking for owners and visitors.Build quality is great there were no leakage and seepage issues in the society.High security system to there residents time to time cleaning done in the society.

Things need improvement

There were only few amenities in the society like ,swimming pool and club house and even swimming pool was not well maintained,so maintenance was quite poor in the society.

Public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very good. The maintainance services are good in the society, the society is kept clean. The Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, there are no such issues faced regarding it. Power backup is available in the society. The quality of the construction materials are good, seepage and leakage issues are not faced as such. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area are available in the society. Roads are good outside the society, water logging issues are not faced around the society.

There's one improvement that can be made is of mall facilities around the society, malls and restaurants are quite far from the society.

Safety inside the society is good as there are security gaurds and cctv available inside the society.Allocated space for parking is available for owners and visitors.Builder has provided full power back up facilities in the society.Rooms are spacious ,well designed and attached with 2 balcony.All the people over there are educated,decent and coperative.All the modern amenities are available in the society like swimming pool,club house,gym,etc.

Society was 300 meter inside from the main road and during night this street is unsafe and concern for the women out there as there is no street light available there which is very unsafe.Build quality was also poor there were seepage issues.

Auto rickshaws were available near the society. The society remained clean and peaceful. There were no issues of leakage, seepage, or cracks in the flats. The flats were well-ventilated, receiving ample sunlight. The society had a swimming pool and a well-maintained garden. Sufficient parking space was available, and the lifts were well-maintained and operational.

The society had a significant ant problem in all the flats. The roads outside the society were in poor condition, making it almost impossible to travel during rainy weather due to waterlogging issues. The residents were not very cooperative. Power cuts were a frequent issue, although the society provided backup power for the flats. There were occasional problems with water supply during summers, requiring the residents to arrange for tankers. The gym was not functional.

This place is quite nature friendly . There is very little pollution in this place. Management takes care about the cleanliness and other necessary facilities around here. Parking area is m moderate in this place.

2 Bhk and 3 Bhk flats are available around this society. The construction is really great here. Electricity and water supply are quite regular here. There is a clubhouse for the community of the society.

Connectivity of this place is quite nice. Almost all kinds of transport are available from this place, railway stations and the metro are not far from here. Other local facilities are available around here.

The location of this place is moderate. Almost all necessary facilities are available in this place. There is open space around this place for people and children. Security and safety are good around here.
