Facilities are good like spacious gym , swimming pool, power back are there .
Things need improvement
Connectivity is not good like public transport issue of auto .maintenance charge is very costly. construction quality should be improved , on rainy season basement fill with water

Everything in the society is excellent, including connectivity and building construction. The amenities are top-notch, and pets are welcome without any issues. The residents are also pet-friendly.
Things need improvement
During extremely cold or rainy weather, maintaining cleanliness becomes challenging. The construction quality is somewhat poor, and there is currently no swimming pool in the society. However, construction is underway to add one.

Construction quality is good . facilities like playground also there . people are very understanding and friendly

Maintenance is not good some drainge issues and connectivity is not so good like some public transport issues

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool,club house, play area for kids are available in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Water supply issues are not faced. No such major electricity issues are faced. People are friendly and cooperative. Mobile network issues are not faced in the society. Lift is available and maintained properly. CCTV is avilable and works properly.
Things need improvement
The constructuion quality is not good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. cultural events and festivals are not celebrated together in the society. Noise pollution issues are faced a lot due to construction works. Drainage system is average, water logging issues are faced in the society which needs to be improved.

Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply issues are not faced in the society, water is always available. No major electricity issues are faced in the society. Power backup is always available. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Paintings are done on time in the common areas. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed in the society.
Things need improvement
The constructuion quality is poor in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. But it is repaired on time

Auto-rickshaws and buses are easily accessible. There are no problems with seepage or leakage. There is a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym. There is no issue with the mobile network. Neighbors are okay, but interactions mostly happen during events.
Things need improvement
The society is overall great, but there is a significant issue with dogs here, and there are problems with the sewer system. Amenities are only for the members who have taken the membership.

The neighborhood is good for a resident to reside with their basic needs the festivals and events are being celebrated regularly by the neighbors and residents of the society.
Things need improvement
There are no street lights and it gets difficult at night for the residents, plus the connectivity of the society is also bad as you dont get auto or cabs easily from the locality itself. There are not enough golfing cart for the residents, the maintenance charge is high and there is hardly any work that is being maintained

I left the society after the COVID period, and at that time, transportation options were limited. Despite this, any problems that came up were quickly taken care of. The construction quality of the buildings was top-notch. Unfortunately, due to COVID restrictions, we couldn't make use of the gym, clubhouse, or swimming pool. The society was vast, providing a great environment for walks, although exploring the entire area was a bit challenging due to its size. Having electric vehicles for general use in the society would have been convenient, especially with schools present within the community and the existing electric vehicles exclusively allocated for school purposes.
Things need improvement
Walking around the society was tough because the society is very huge. Getting to the main gate meant walking a long way. rest whole society was beautiful and well amintained.

Nearby public transportation includes a bus stop and a taxi stand. A good security system includes CCTV cameras strategically placed throughout the area, as well as security guards.
