In our area, shops are conveniently located within our society, and we have access to gym facilities. There are numerous green areas that contribute to a pure environment, and water availability is reliable.
In our area, there are no parks, which is a downside of the society. Public transport options are poor, and traffic jams have been frequent for the past 20 years. Additionally, there is no metro connectivity.

The society is relatively new, undergoing minor teething issues, but comprises a good set of families. It's a gated community ideal for upper-middle-class families, conveniently located within walking distance to the Metro station and Kengeri Bus terminal. Services like assigned electricians, plumbers, and an estate manager are available. The clubhouse and banquet hall are compact yet well-supported, while amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and children's playground are fully operational.
Incomplete commitments by the builder pose a challenge. The Owners Association registration is pending.

Moreover, the majority of people residing here are well-educated, contributing to a positive and vibrant community atmosphere.
The area faces frequent traffic jams, with a noticeable lack of parking facilities adding to the congestion. There's a sense of disconnectedness among residents, and pollution control measures seem inadequate. Additionally, the presence of too many insects can be bothersome.

The location is very nice, with excellent amenities and well-designed apartments. There's ample greenery, creating a pleasant environment. Most apartments are of high quality and conveniently located near the metro, schools, colleges, Mysore Road, and Nice Road, all within walking distance. Habitat Illuminor offers affordable options with good quality. Investors will find these properties appealing. The city is clean and green, with gym and club facilities available, along with swimming pools in all apartments.
The area has high maintenance charges and overall high costs, making it less suitable for normal families. It's predominantly inhabited by well-settled families. During the rainy season, there can be significant burdens to contend with. Parking and living spaces are limited. The area is affluent, leading to heavy traffic during peak hours.

Price they showed was very less compared to actual price, when we visited it was said even 2bhl starts from 1cr.

You will love the spacious apartments on offer at this project and the configurations are also quite nice. You will automatically like the peaceful locality which is growing very fast and the connectivity options are also very nice here.

This project offers the right ambience that I wanted my children to have. It has so much of open space and living areas which are green and clean. The layout of the project is quite nice while the designs of the apartments are also very enticing if I have to be honest.

Habitat Illuminar is so strategically located and best part is that my office is also not very far from this project. You can access the railway stations very nicely and easily from this project, while there are literally multiple amenities that are present here. The project offers superlative construction quality for residents also.
