Elevators are installed in the society premises. The neighbourhood was quite friendly and cooperative. They celebrated all festivals and events together.
Things need improvement
Transport connectivity near the society was very poor as metro stations, cabs and autos were not available nearby. CCTVs were not installed in lifts. Construction quality was poor with seepage issues in every building.

All amenities facilities including parks, swimming pool, and clubhouse were available, and maintenance was always done promptly. Connectivity was excellent with schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. The roads were well-built.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of Chintels Paradiso Society was found to be inadequate, as demonstrated by a devastating event wherein the roof of the sixth floor collapsed, causing severe damage to the first floor and tragically resulting in the loss of 2-3 lives. This incident served as a stark reminder of the critical importance of ensuring robust construction standards and safety measures in residential buildings. In the aftermath of this tragic occurrence, there was a palpable sense of shock and concern among the residents. The incident raised serious questions about the integrity of the building's structure and the efficacy of its safety protocols. Many residents, including myself, were compelled to reevaluate our decision to continue living in the society amidst such glaring safety hazards. Ultimately, for the safety and well-being of myself and my loved ones, I made the difficult decision to leave society. It was a necessary step to prioritize personal safety and seek alternative accommodation where construction quality and safety standards were assured. This unfortunate event underscored the importance of stringent regulations and diligent oversight in the construction and maintenance of residential properties to prevent such tragedies in the future.

The connectivity is very good, public transports and cabs are easily available around the society roads are made properly and they are wide water supply is good, no water logging issue faced.electricity supply was 24/7. the maintainance fee is average and affordable. The society has got good facilities like gym, club house,and also outdoor facilities like basketball, tennis court are available parking is also available inside the society,it has got a lot of open space and garden is available.
Things need improvement
The main road is far and is not connected directly with the society.Electricity is charged according to DG which varried between 22 to 30 ruppess per unit. At night it runs on DG Construction quality is not at all good, it's pathetic, lot of breakage and seapage issue is faced, Poor plaster quality used, termites and cracks were seen on the walls of the society. balcony plasters also were also not good it came off easily.

No nearby markets,malls,hospital so connectivity is very poor. autos,public transport are not easy to catch.

The parking in the society is well maintained and the construction quality is also very good.

Outside the committee, local rickshaws are not provided easily and the little market that is there should be improved.

Facilities such as the swimming pool and clubhouse were well-maintained. The residents were friendly, and we celebrated festivals together
Things need improvement
There is connectivity issue nearby to the locaties. The construction quality was not good, Breaks were seen, sometimes tiles use to come out in the walls of the house, Something or the other was a issue.

This society is an example of red flag chlorine water deteriorated concrete/steel structures. You dont know when this building will fall. Worst project due to construction issue with a set example.

Maintenance quality of the society was good. Cab services were available near the premises. Amenities like gym, lawn tennis, swimming pool and clubhouse were available.
Things need improvement
Two years ago, the building collapsed, resulting in the deaths of two people. Subsequently, five towers were made vacant. The badminton court and basketball court is also restricted as of now. Thus, construction quality was not at all good. Transport connectivity was also not very good, because public transport options were quite distant. Residents are not very friendly and don't celebrate occasions usually.

The society maintainance is pretty good. Garbage collection is done on time Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society public transports are easily available around the society like auto, buses and cabs are easily accessible. The construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. People are friendly, educated and cooperative.
Things need improvement
I don't think there is furthermore improvements required in this society. Society is well maintained.

Maintenance services are exceptional, with prompt responses to any issues.The connectivity to public transportation and market areas is excellent.Amenities such as the swimming pool and well-maintained lifts with CCTV cameras provide added convenience.The community halls are utilized for festivals and celebrations, enhancing the sense of community within the housing complex.

Proactive maintenance efforts ensure that residents can enjoy a hassle-free living experience. The presence of amenities like a swimming pool and gym adds value to the community, promoting health and wellness among residents.
Things need improvement
However, there are significant concerns regarding the structural integrity of the society. The fact that half of the society has already been closed due to the floor sinking issue, attributed to the builder's fault, is alarming and poses a risk to the safety and well-being of residents. While cabs are available, the lack of auto-rickshaws may inconvenience some residents. Addressing the structural issues and ensuring the safety of all residents should be the top priority for the management.
