अच्छी चीज़ें यहाँ हैं
The people are good, and security is tight. There's a gym, play area, and garden inside the society. The market and malls are all within 1km. Water is available 24*7. There's power backup for both flats and common areas.
Things need improvement
Autos are sometimes available, but not always. There's occasional power cuts, mainly on Thursdays. There's no swimming pool. Leakage issues persist in flats.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Balcony is available in all appartments, It is spacious. Emergengy exits are available in the society. No such major electricity issues is faced. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. Pet friendly society. Street dog issues are not faced. The ambience of the society is peaceful.
Things need improvement
Other facilities like gym, Swimming pool, parks,club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. Power backup is not available in the society. Visitor's parking is available but small in the society. Highwway is a bit far from the society.

Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. Other facilities like gym, parks,club house, play area for kids are available in the society. cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
Play area is small. Swimming pool is not available. Garden is not available. People are not friendly and cooperative. It is not a bachelor friendly society. Visitor's parking is available but small in the society.

In all over kharadi area the rent cost around 35 k for 2bhk but here the cost of the rent is less comparitively.Security system is good in the society,cctv are there in the society and telecom facilities are also there in the society.All the festivals are celebrated in the society,good socialism in the society.
Things need improvement
Society is inside from the main road so to reach through any transport or essentials facility you have to walk around 600 meters.There is garbage box just in front of the gate which is messy all the time and they put fire on garbage,so the atmosphere becomes polluted and smelly.Poor construction and not well maintained by the society.Roads on the left side of the society is not developed yet,municipality corporation dont look into this matters even after complaining many times.There is only one small gym and club house in the society,no other amenities are there in the society.

Society is neat ,clean and hygenic environment.Attentive managing commitee to resolves issues of the resident.All the festivals are being celebrated in the society.Allocated parking space for the owner.
Things need improvement
Society is not connected to main road so connectivity of the society is major drawback like local transportation is not easy to approach.Visitors parking has not been provided.there are semi amenities only in the society.

People are friendly and cooperative; amenities like gym garden and play area are present in the society. security is efficient. market, collages, autos and local transport vehicles everything is accessible from the society. ample amount of water supply is available. there are no cracks on the walls. there is no traffic jam issue. power backup is for common areas and flats also. my gate app being used for security. bachelors are allowed in the society. very clean society.
Things need improvement
Society is not highway connected. swimming pool is not present in the society. there is power cut issue sometimes. roads Infront of the society should be constructed, roads are not at good condition. schools are 2km away from the society.

अच्छी चीज़ें यहाँ हैं
Auto ,cabs are easily available near by the society even there are schools and hospitals near by the society.High security system and all the areas are under cctv survilance in the society.There is no seepage issues so the build quality is aldo great, all the festivals are being conducted in the society and people were co-operative and friendly.
Things need improvement
There are no amenities in the society even there is no allocated parking space in this society.
