Everything is clean here. good construction of house here.no power problem here. good accommodation here. Everything was found around here, etc. It's a nice area and people live with calm nature. The connectivity around here is good.,
Things need improvement
The scavengers don't arrive on time, causing inconvenience. There's also no provision for keeping cows, resulting in subpar milk quality. Some employees neglect their duties, leading to issues. Additionally, the route to the railway station is longer. Addressing cleanliness is necessary as some people loiter around, impacting the environment

CCTV cameras are installed throughout the corridors, garden, and gate area, enhancing safety measures. The society boasts a spacious field, a nice park, and a library or clubhouse for residents' enjoyment. Moreover, society members come together to celebrate festivals, fostering a sense of happiness and togetherness
Things need improvement
There are some issues in my society, particularly with the damaged leap EA and poor construction quality. I kindly request for prompt inspection and necessary action to address these concerns

One of the best aspects of this community is its proximity and easy access to the airport. The corporate offices, where many people work and earn a living, are conveniently close. Additionally, there are some fantastic cafés and breweries on the outskirts, adding to the appeal of the area.
Things need improvement
Getting to the main city is quite challenging from here due to the lack of metro connectivity. The Silver Ripple is located on the outskirts, and the roads are in poor condition with many potholes and uneven surfaces. Taking a cab to reach the main area in North Bangalore costs approximately 500-600 rupees, making transportation a bit expensive and inconvenient.

This community is constructed by a well-known builder with a strong track record of building properties across the city. The location is excellent, providing easy access to ITIL and Marshall areas. There's a supermart right in front of the apartment, and Smart is conveniently located about 2 kilometers away.
Things need improvement
The neighborhood is a bit crowded, and the roads are somewhat narrow, lacking a two-way option. There's a need to widen the roads as traffic jams occur frequently in the area.

The project is very nice and promising with all the great amenities like they have promised in the brochure. This is a great upcoming project and I loved the open space, ameneties such as playing areas, senior park, kids play area and more such amazing things that attracted me the most. I personally loved the ventilation that is very well planned for every single unit in the project. The project is also very spacious and well connected with metro. I am willing to move in soon.

I just got booked with a beautiful apartment recently through the agents and i would love to say that i loved the project very much. We went through the sales executive and he was bery straight forward with all the questions and did not even lie about any of the queries. I am very eagerly waiting for the possession to start so that i can move in with my family soon.

I loved the project so much during my site visit. I really loved how the whole project have turned out to be. I was hesistant before taking up my final call on the buy but after visiting the place i have changed my mind. The project really reflects with the ambience and the environment. I loved the amenities that they are going to provide us with. We had a great tour in examining the whole project and i am willing to get the occupation after the whole project is up and about in time.

What i need to say about this incredible developing project? It is amazing just amazing. i just booked a very amazing flat in the project and it's really an amazing investment. i went through all the knook and corners of the property and asked all the needed questions which were rightly answered by the agent. I felt really good about the amenities too. My kids love a weekend inside the pool enjoying the ball and a good swim and i am happy that they will love it here for sure. I am looking forward to the posession of my new home.
